I hope the owner of the company understands that I am still incredibly upset with the way we were treated, ignored, and provided with outrageously poor service and a faulty, sub-par website. The list of services we were told would be provided from the steep amount of money we paid them each month weren't. Not even close. And I hope those looking into this company do some serious research before signing with them. Run quickly in the other direction! We signed with them January 1st of 2016. From the get-go it was a long, drawn out build of our website - which is nothing unique, it's simply a Wordpress site - with typos, glitches, poor design, bad grammar and ignored requests. After 2 months, it was finally up. With lots of errors still to be found. Bad links, blank pages, misplaced pictures, MORE typos... I quickly got into the habit of checking and re-checking their work. I tried to get a hold of our project manager by email, phone and eventually had to pretend to be a new lead to get a response, to get these never-ending problems fixed. Things didn't get any better from there. For DAYS, our website would be down. After two and a half months of this nonsense, the middle of March we expressed our displeasure and frustration and requested an in-person meeting. We finally contacted our sales person, hoping for a response, and he set up a meeting for us with our absentee project manager. We talked, we were assured things would get better, we didn't get a whole lot of answers, especially as to why our SEO report was "not found" for EVERY SINGLE item on our report, and we left just as frustrated as when we'd arrived. After our first disgruntled meeting I had to, personally, fix our Yelp and Google listings (which they were also supposed to handle). Again, error after error, unanswered after unanswered emails and phone calls and our website being down for an entire WEEK, we finally had enough. We set up a meeting with the owner. He gave a lot of very politician type answers, assured us our business was "valued" etc blah etc. They set us up with a new out-of-state project manager. Things went alright until I started checking on things again. None of our updates were being done on our website correctly, it was responding incredibly slow, the list goes on - and the final straw was seeing that - paying each month for TWO (very poorly written, uninformative and useless) blog posts - for two months in a row, we had only had ONE posted. The beginning of July was the end of our relationship with them. It took 2 weeks just to get the website backup. I sincerely hope they get their act together. For their customers' sake and their own.

Brandon was recommended by a BNI peer so I reached out with a greater level of trust that he actually earned. In our first call, Brandon provided a great sales pitch and was surprised by the level of preparation that we had already invested with a website draft in XD, custom graphics, professional headshots of employees for team page, professional video for homepage, and updated copy completed for every page of the website. Brandon told me that this would be an easy project and his team could probably get this done in a number of weeks, but couldn't make any promises. As a business owner, I completely understand! Under-promise, over-deliver! However, Brandon made me feel pretty good about delivery being completed within 90 days max. Alex is the smartest person on AMWN's team and is great at what he does. He deserves better team support! Alex was excellent with strategy, tactics and communication. We mutually agreed, after 90 days, that an Ads campaign just wasn't a valuable investment for our niche'. Honestly, if Alex was not a man of integrity holding Brandon accountable, I don't believe we could have ended our Ads agreement Timeline: Dec 15, 2022 - Signed Agreement Dec 27, 2022 - We were onboarded - 20 min call that typically takes most AMWN clients 1 1/2 to 2hrs. The team told me I was the most prepared client they had every worked with. Onboarding doc was complete before meeting and all GDrive folders populated with Magnolia unique assets. Team confirmed that web page build would not take 90 days to complete with the XD design file, copy and assets provided Jan 17, 2023 - Requested call with Brandon, concern for lack of communication. Guaranteed personal oversight by Brandon Mar 03, 2023 - 'draft' website link sent by Tera. The insanity begins..... the 'draft' was a template website. The XD file design provided (see attached) was not utilized and NONE of our unique assets were used??! Immediate call to Tera with confession, "I never created your project folder for web designers to access your assets..." What??! I asked how many design hours had actually been invested into my project in the previous 90 days? No clear answer Tera asked us to wait a couple of weeks to fix her mistake (real estate industry was getting busy by this time and I didn't have personal time to be the project manager for AMWN who was charging me a premium for this easy web build). Mar 23, 2023 - no response after I requested an audit of our web build Mar 27, 2023 - still no response back; I request refund April 3, 2023 - Brandon finally reaches out and gaurantees delivery in 30 days April 17, 2023 - Brandon withdraws another $1,499 for a total of $7,995 in payments April 21, 2023 - Obvious that AMWN refuses to be accountable. Approaching 120days and no website!! Email with request for full refund June 30, 2023 - Hire a web developer for $550 to utilize XD deisng file, assets and copy (call me for referral) July 31, 2023 - final edits and website published!
