They sent an exterminator but it didn't do much. My neighbor would chain smoke outside her apartment while her boyfriend would come home drunk and sleep in front of her house and scream slurs while kids were playing outside. I never felt safe to comeback home past 8pm. Crystal was aware of all my complaints including the parties that went til 3am. People screaming and singing at least once a month. She stopped answering my emails and even when it came time to give my 30 days notice, which you'd think she would reply at least so i knew where to send the keys, nope. Honestly worst property manager I have ever experienced and I wish there could be some accountability but everyone else there sucks too. The only people there who are the sweetest are the workers who came to fix a couple of things in my apartment. Polite, on time, and also knew Crystal ignored tenant's emails and calls. That whole year was traumatizing, dangerous, and the longest year of my life. I got a professional cleaner to clean my apartment before i left, so the place was as clean as it could get, nothing broken, and the property management still charged me 300 bucks for cleaning out of my deposit. Oh and utilities are 250 bucks for sewer, trash, and water. It's insane how they can get away with all of it and i do not wish this on anyone.

Honestly I was in some rough situations with a crazy roomate and they understood and made it as easy as possible. The office is literally in Ocean beach so it is so easy just to walk in , pay your rent in cash or sign documents. The most important part is that they mind their own business. If you don't bother the property management and respect the property, they will not bother you. Peace and quiet and lots of privacy. I ended up moving to Orange County for work and I wept ! The day we moved in, it smelled like chemicals, we figured it was the paint, but the stench lingered for 2 years, and the worst part about that was I couldn't open my window for fresh air because of my chain smoking neighbors. We had a moth infestation, gnat infestation, roach infestation and we had mice. They only came out for the nice once and left a mouse trap, which we could have just done ourselves.
