I have always dreaded hosting parties at home because... well... kids are chaos and decorating +…read moresetup + cleanup is basically a second full-time job. So when my kids asked for a shared birthday party at home, I was honestly nervous. Luis and Express Party Rental completely saved me. From the start, communication was easy and stress-free. I thought I needed to send a novel worth of instructions, but Luis is clearly a pro and basically said, "Don't worry - we've got this." And they really did. Setup was finished earlier than expected (which instantly lowered my blood pressure). Luis, Laura and his crew are incredibly detail-oriented and meticulous. They didn't rush through setup just to leave - they even helped me with a few of my own decorations when they saw me struggling. That kind of service is rare. Everything looked AMAZING, and I actually got to enjoy my kids' party instead of running around like an exhausted event coordinator. You're not just getting rentals - you're getting an experience. And it was a great one. For the first time ever, I'm actually excited to host another party at home. 10/10 would use them again.

So your having a party or shindig and need a bouncy house for the little ones?…read more Look no further than The Bounce House company! Working with Chris, he was able to come in last min when other companies told me no can do. Not only was Chris friendly and able to work with me and my budget but he set up the bouncy house right before the event so the kiddos can jump in and play. Gave me simple instructions and rules to keep everyone safe which was appreciated. He had a great choice of bouncers to chose from but due to space limitations we went with the tropical one with the 2 hoops inside. Which was a hit with the kids. Chris even included a shoe rack for the kids shoes so it wouldnt have to be on the floor and 2 balls the kids could use inside. It was great working with him and will definitely contact him again for future events!

I also told them that I might need to rent a outdoor heater as well if it got too cold. They told me the price and I had until the week of to decide if I wanted to add any additional items to my rental. I ended up nothing needing a outdoor heater since the weather wasn't too cold. They delivered the day before the event and confirm with me when they were an hour away. We had an issue where 1 table and 3 chairs got damaged so I let them know. I ended up paying for them since it was my responsibility and I got to keep them. On the day of the pickup, they let me know when they were about 30 minutes away and took everything back quickly. I had a great experience using this rental place and will do so again if needed.

After deciding to plan a last minute birthday party for my now 4 year old, I needed to find a way…read moreto up the entertainment and fun for our guests and birthday girl. Given the Disney princess obsession my daughter has, it was an easy decision to hire professional characters. I contacted multiple vendors in our area, and Elizabeth was the most prompt and communicative out of all of them. The price was reasonable. Not too cheap, which would question the quality of service and look of characters, and not too expensive, where I would regret spending so much for a little girl's birthday party. We chose Princess Jasmine, and immediately Elizabeth recommended Victoria. Victoria came to the party promptly and was ready to start the entertainment! She sang, did a magic show, balloon twisting and face painting. She was an amazing singer and all the kids (and adults) were in awe! It was the best 90 mins I spent money on, because the parents got to relax while the kids were being entertained! I highly recommend hiring Your Magical Party for your next event!
