They both enjoyed their gifts extremely and have ended up turning me from a cigarette smoker to a vaper. There was a problem with the Kanger, so we attempted to get it solved at the purchase location. The single, non-vaping employee spent the entire time trying to make the problem our fault, and complaining about my anger at his avoidance of responsibility. He made no attempt to fix the issue so we left. I was angry at his terrible customer service, but also disappointed since other vape shops we had visited were more focused at selling juice and impressing their friends hanging around in the shop rather than assist a couple of older vape rookies at picking good equipment and understanding the technology. Looking right at you while typing this, Gizmos. I told you that so I could tell you this: We happened upon the Nashville Vapor site in Rivergate and decided to visit them after eating dinner. We came in very near the end of the night, so the employees there had every right to hurry us along, but they didn't. Not only did they allow my daughter and my wife the opportunity to taste-test as many different juices as they wanted (apparently Velocity is the best juice EVAR according to the missus), they listened to my tale of woe about the broken air input on the tank of my daughter's SUBOX. They asked if they could try to fix the issue, and after being unsuccessful at their repairs, they offered to sell me a fully working tank. Different color than the body of my daughter's mod, but it was fully working and their price offer was lower than the cost of the tank if I ordered it as a single item from Kanger or another rep. To shorten a story that could go much longer, not only did I accept the tank at the price they requested, we also bought quite a bit of new juice even though we had ordered juice from a website that was paid for and on the way. I don't remember the names of the employees at that Nashville Vapor working that night, but they created new customers that night. New, vocal, and loyal customers. Whatever the Nashville Vapor owners are doing in their hiring, they're doing the exact right thing. After my encounter with those two guys, not only was I not mad at J&J for ripping me off, I was happy. I was happy to have found a local vape shop that I could actually trust. I'm glad they have multiple locations around town, and I would trust each and every one of them with my business after encountering them ONE SINGLE TIME. If you are currently a vaper, or are thinking of changing from cigarettes to vape, or maybe you just want to start vaping to be hip or cool, I can only give you this advice. If you don't start at a Nashville Vapor location, you're making a huge mistake. But if you're new to vaping this place would also a good place to start. They have a very large selection of liquids it's almost overwhelming, but they are very helpful. They have zero nicotine testers which is the first time I have seen that, I love it. They make liquids onsite which is always nice. When we visited this shop 2 out of the 3 employees were girls. It's a nice change to see other ladies in a vape shop. They are sometimes full of guys and women can feel slightly out place, but not here it definitely had a women's touch. The male employee was also very helpful and knowledgable. We always bring our one year old to vape shops they had not problem with her walking around and exploring. Everything was out of reach like it should be. One of the girls even came out from behind the counter and played with her while we sampled fluids and checked out products. This is a great vape shop it stands out among the others we have visited in the area.
