The space is a second floor in a historic converted home on Broad St that had been used by the adjacent bank. (There's an architecture firm on the first floor.) There's a kitchen, a reservable conference room, and individual hot desks, as well as a multi-purpose room with a large common table. The furniture is all modern, and looks surprisingly good with the wood trim and hardwood floors. Coffee is included, and so are the occasional homemade brownies. The owner, Jennifer, is often working there herself; she is extremely responsive and always trying to improve the space. She hosts marketing workshops and fourth Friday social gatherings. The members are all friendly and respectful, in my experience. I genuinely look forward to my 414 day every week..

I have been in the Hamilton Business Center on several occasions. Over the years the owner has done…read morea lot of work to the property. There is a mix of businesses in the building. Everyone from attorneys, radio stations, security firms and even the district court are located here. There is also a restaurant upstairs on the top level. The staff is always very pleasant and attentive to your needs. It is also nice they have a receptionist greet and direct you where to go upon entering the building. I'm pretty sure the sign out front says they rent a small office for $250/month. For an entrepreneur or small business you can't go wrong at that price!
