The space is a second floor in a historic converted home on Broad St that had been used by the adjacent bank. (There's an architecture firm on the first floor.) There's a kitchen, a reservable conference room, and individual hot desks, as well as a multi-purpose room with a large common table. The furniture is all modern, and looks surprisingly good with the wood trim and hardwood floors. Coffee is included, and so are the occasional homemade brownies. The owner, Jennifer, is often working there herself; she is extremely responsive and always trying to improve the space. She hosts marketing workshops and fourth Friday social gatherings. The members are all friendly and respectful, in my experience. I genuinely look forward to my 414 day every week..

Amenities that once were are now being labeled as a courtesy to which they don't need to follow . If you address this you are met with hostility and backlash . The managers will make your life a living hell and try to force you out . They go as far as making false police reports against those they don't like . There are cameras on site and in the office, but when asked to show the recording they refuse and hide the truth . There are several good reviews on google that were made by mostly employees the rest are from the select few that they favor and allow them to do what ever they like as long as they will comply and lie for them . Very sad what is going on in that park .
