I like to get stuff for my wife to surprise her, but this time I was actually shopping for her sisters birthday. After looking around for a while I found a lovely short necklace. It was a reasonable $22. They have several reasonable priced items from earrings to necklaces. The women behind the counter mentioned that they have several artisans behind the items in the shop too. I like to think they get a fair deal for their work. If you are looking for an item that is a bit different than the usual this is nice spot to look and hopefully in the future if I find myself here again I can support the local jewelers making some nice art.

Went there and was told that she might be allergic to 10k (we have lots of gold jewelry and never happened before). The guy took care of us, and told us to upgrade it to 14k and we did. We payed an extra 250 for it for a total of aproxímate $1250. Well same week the wife started to have the same reaction again. Went there and the girl on the counter told us the same story, that we have to upgrade it to 18k because she said that she might me allergic to the 14k as well and I told her that might be the material that was used with to mix with the gold. After I refused to increase the karotage she wanted us to buy platinum but that was going to take about 5 to 6 weeks to make and would cost us more money and we would not know until they made it and I declined to send it as the uncertainty of the extra cost. I asked if can be returned and she declined to any returns. Untrusted business and practices.

Instead, there were only a few macarons, maybe one sandwich option, and the café itself was...pretty much nonexistent. The retail side also felt a little underwhelming. The space is nice, but a lot of the merchandise was sourced from vendors you commonly see at the larger merchandise markets, so it didn't feel as unique or curated as we expected. One of my favorite attributes about Tribe and Temple earrings are how light they are. I love knowing that my ears will never hurt with their earrings! There are many styles, colors, gems to choose from when looking on their walls and online. The value is great! I got a a large pair of multicolor earrings for eighteen dollars plus tax. The service was excellent. I was allowed to try on the earrings or any pair I liked. The wonderful person who was working that day told me she would clean whatever I did not want off with alcohol wipes. Tribe and Temple carries necklaces, sunglasses, and rings too. You can of course shop online as well. I was greeted when I came into the store. She asked if I needed any help, said to take a look around, and enjoy the space. I came with a specific pair in mind that I saw online. But she did not push me to buy other items. This was something I also appreciated! The store is located within One for the Road. It is on the corner of Whitaker and 41st. This is across the street from Starland Strange. There is parking on the street. Depending on the time of day due to all of the many awesome local businesses close to it you may be able to park close. Support this locally and woman owned business! You will not regret it!
