The lounge is always clean, the customer service is wonderful, and everyone here genuinely knows what they're doing. Tara is usually the one who does my waxes, and she is amazing! I've also had appointments with the other employees, and they've all been so kind, professional, and great at what they do. It's clear that the whole team takes pride in their work and cares about their clients. One thing to keep in mind is that parking is street meter parking, and it can sometimes be difficult to find a spot, so I'd recommend giving yourself a little extra time when scheduling your appointment. Overall, I'm so happy I found this place and will definitely continue coming back!

I was such in a haze) but I see her again in 6 weeks so I'm stoked. The place was clean, very aesthetic and pretty. Definitely worth a try! I didn't try this place originally bc it's off a main street in La Mesa and I always end up going there around busy times, but this time I timed it, so I was able to find parking right out front. She may look young, but don't let that fool you--her knowledge, technique, and attention to detail surpassed many seasoned aestheticians I've seen over the years. She listened carefully to my skin concerns, explained every product, customized the treatment, and gave the most relaxing facial without cutting a single corner. My microdermabrasion add-on left my skin unbelievably smooth, radiant, and glowing. You can also tell she truly practices what she preaches--her own skin is flawless! Mya has earned a lifelong client, and I will be recommending her to everyone I know. I also had the chance to briefly meet the acupuncturist, who was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. I can't wait to book with her as well. If you're looking for an exceptional facial, book with Mya--you won't regret it!
