An awful experience in all their showrooms as they were so short staffed I couldn't speak with a sales person in any of them. At Volvo the coffee cups were sticky and dirty as though they are just quickly rinsed but not washed. A load of Fika snacks were listed but none available.
At Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo after waiting twenty minutes I gave my details to the service advisor and Monday the salesperson emailed me, I replied with one question but no answer after that.
At BYD again nobody free and the service department behind they haven't started carrying out the range of services listed on the board. At Seat/Cupra again nobody available to speak.
