I found that the ability to test drive is pretty much unlimited and encouraged to give the customer the best opinion of the choice they have. And believe me when I say: there is a lot of choice! The facility is very modern and holds a huge stock of upmarket cars. There probably isn't much held by Imperial that's under four and a half grand. All car stock is RAC tested mechanically and is valeted to great standard before handover. It gives you a great sense of quality in what you're purchasing. I'd highly recommend these guys. You pay perhaps slightly more than you would elsewhere, but service is brilliant, all cars are at a very high standard, and you will find yourself not wanting to buy elsewhere once you've visited!

At Volvo the coffee cups were sticky and dirty as though they are just quickly rinsed but not washed. A load of Fika snacks were listed but none available. At Jeep, Fiat, Alfa Romeo after waiting twenty minutes I gave my details to the service advisor and Monday the salesperson emailed me, I replied with one question but no answer after that. At BYD again nobody free and the service department behind they haven't started carrying out the range of services listed on the board. At Seat/Cupra again nobody available to speak. I dread to think how disinterested they would be if there was a problem with a car purchased from Snow's.
