They have special snowballs made with bluebell ice cream as well. You can also bring Chloe's to you, as they are mobile being in a cute trailer. You can hire them to cater your events for a cool treat. For the next couple of Fridays they are offering a free event called food truck Friday which I attended for the first time tonight and it was so nice! They had a free bounce house for the kids, a lady making balloon animals for tips, and for fifty cents you could practice your karate by breaking a board. They also had live music so bring your lawn chair and come hungry because they also bring in food trucks! It's a good time for families in Zachary.

The syrup was thicker and sweeter than it is now . I try to be consistent when ordering and of course everyone has their favorites but I generally get a tiger's blood or spearmint flavored snowball. This time around, I did the spearmint. The color was right but the flavor could have been more concentrated in my opinion. Also the nachos were overrun with cheese and chili. This would typically be a good thing! But I didn't have enough chips to soak it all up so it ended up being a soggy mess after a few mins . I was disappointed with my items this visit. I may have to find a new go-to for my summer snowball fix. Bummer
