Ah. Snow Tattoo by the enigmatic and sultry Sarah Gaugler. I got my first tat when I was 23 years old. I had long heard that when it comes to getting inked, "Once you pop, you can't stop". I had long scoffed at this statement, until four years later, when the itch to get inked once more struck me. I shared my thoughts with my friends, and one of them suggested that I get inked at Snow Tattoo by Sarah Gaugler. I sent her a text, set an appointment, and headed there first thing after I got in from a trip to the U.S.
I was very, very happy about the result. I got a small tat close to my elbow parallel to my tricep which they say is a sensitive spot for pain so I was very apprehensive coming in. But holding on to the hands of two of my closest friends, Sarah didn't let me down. The sensation was more similar to tickling, as opposed to burning or hurting. The tat itself also turned out beautifully. A year and six months later, it's still a sight to see. Sarah was also very hygienic and professional. Friendly too! Thank you, Sarah.
She's currently in Manhattan but will be back in Manila, per her updates. read more
