This is a fraudulent company! I had chosen Snow Removal Gurus based on their great pricing, so we paid for the entire sum up front. When I called, a lady named Kari was extremely sweet and promised to take care of my parents' snow removal needs. However, their property was only shoveled twice in 2 months. Then dead radio silence when we called her. She disconnected her phone number used to invoice us. The current website phone number is a different number. She changes her business number every month.
