I reached out to him in regards to a citation (which i was fully anticipating to plead guilty to and pay the penalty) after shopping around with other attorneys. Against his own interests he suggested that I could take care of this myself and save the money. I was so impressed with his honesty that I told him where I was at with the other attorneys and he told me he could beat their rates. Because of his honesty and his promise to beat their rates, I decided I wanted him to represent me on the spot. He emailed me as soon as there was an update to my case, being swift to respond to my questions / concerns. After listening to his advice, and agreeing with him, he was able to get my case dismissed! I am so glad I went with him. He has all the qualities that a successful Attorney should have: Honest, quick to respond, communicates well, affable, knowledgeable, and most importantly: gets results and overdelivers. Thanks Mr. Flint, you are the best!

In our case, a required Utah state tax payment was not made by the deadline, resulting in penalties and a notice of lien from the Utah State Tax Commission. We were not proactively informed of the missed payment and only discovered the issue after independently following up. Although the firm eventually reimbursed the penalties, this occurred only after repeated follow-up and escalation on our part. Throughout the engagement, communication was inconsistent and unclear, and we had to repeatedly request clarification on basic items that should have been proactively managed. We also identified errors in our Wisconsin return, including incorrect location information. While the financial penalty was ultimately addressed, the overall experience reflected significant gaps in process, accuracy, and communication. We will not be using this firm again.
