We agreed to pay $500 per month--a significant expense--expecting reliable, professional service as advertised. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst service experiences I've ever had. Every single time it has snowed this season, we've run into major problems: Complete failure to show up on multiple storm events, leaving driveways, walkways, and entrances completely buried and inaccessible. When they do finally arrive (usually only after repeated calls and emails), the snow removal is half-hearted at best. They clear a narrow path--just enough to barely walk through--and leave the vast majority of the snow untouched, including on steps, porches, and parking areas. This falls far short of the "full driveway and walkway clearing" they promise in their marketing. We have to constantly chase them with phone calls and emails just to get the bare minimum service we're paying a premium for. Their customer service team responds quickly and sounds apologetic, but they always shift the blame to the "operations team" and offer excuses rather than solutions. Worse still, we've had incidents where their workers attempted to take homeowners' shovels from the property without permission, and in at least one case, caused visible damage to onsite landscaping and property edges during plowing or shoveling. For elderly residents who rely on this service for safety and mobility, this has been a true nightmare--dangerous, unreliable, and unprofessional. We've wasted hundreds of dollars on a company that can't deliver. I strongly do not recommend Mr. Mow it All to anyone. Save your money and look elsewhere for snow removal--you'll likely get better results doing it yourself or hiring a more dependable local service. Zero stars if I could.

Their email service takes days to respond and when they do they send you pictures of some other site; not yours. It is critically important that snow removal companies complete their contractual obligations just for basic health and safety purposes. I don't expect miracles after a major storm, but I do expect at least a little bit of service; not to be "ghosted" by a bunch of incompetents. Maybe they should stick to landscaping only.
