Our HOA replaced our previous landscaper with Landmark and I wish they hadn't because these guys are horrible! We were told the new contract mirror images the previous contract with exception of top dressings and so far, they have fallen way short! We pay for weekly service and we do not get weekly service and when they finally do show up, the crew doesn't put in a full days work, arriving at around 9 and leaving around lunch time. Our yards are full of weeds, they neglect to service back yards, our common areas look horrible, the turf is being over run by weeds, they ignore homeowner inquiries on their portal, just a horrible company! We were fortunate that none of the massive oaks and poplars surrounding our house landed on the house, but it left us with a high level of anxiety... Would they fall during the next storm? I met Adam at the park with his dog and kids, and happened to notice the tree company on his shirt. That same day he came to our house and gave us a good overview of the trees that posed risk to our property and which ones he wasn't concerned about. Adam was extremely knowledgable about types of trees, their strength and overall tree health. He gave us a quote that was very reasonable and told us the time frame to get the work done.
