Cost was under $100 but he was detail oriented and included a nice touch of placing paper mats while the car one's dry. I've used several mobile detailing in the past and I highly recommend Stewart from Attention 2 Detail. He's price is more than reasonable and he takes pride in his work!

I also had what looked like rust stains in the carpet, that I didn't point out to Nicole, but I did to three others that had detailed it previously. I saw an online ad for a full detailing service that specifically mentioned carpet and seat…read moreshampooing with water extraction. The promotional video even showed what appeared to be commercial grade equipment. Before booking, I asked the detailer to confirm that these services were included at the advertised promotional price, and she assured me they were. Unfortunately, that wasn't what I received. The service was essentially an expensive car wash and vacuum. She did not have the proper equipment certainly nothing commercial grade. The carpet cleaner she used was a small consumer grade spot cleaner, which was nowhere near what was advertised. When I pointed out that the advertised service was misleading, her only response was, "I'm sorry you feel that way." Rather than addressing the issue or acknowledging the discrepancy, she dismissed my concerns. Based on my experience, the advertising was deceptive, and the service did not match what was promised. I would not recommend this company. Cant say she even did a decent job as she missed numerous simple things. This is coming from a former detailer who also managed a detail center.

Absolutely terrible experience with Mi Pana Window Tinting…read more These guys were referred to me by Top Dog Mobile Detailing South, so I expected professional work and good customer service. Unfortunately, the quality of the work was shockingly bad and completely amateur. Immediately after the windshield tint was installed, there were two large bubbles in the film. They returned the same day to fix those bubbles, but that was only the beginning of the problems. Afterward, I noticed severe visual distortions throughout the windshield tint, distortion on the front passenger window, and even a small scratch on the windshield itself. The windshield became distracting and uncomfortable to look through while driving. The overall tint job looked rushed and unprofessional. I have had multiple vehicles tinted and ceramic coated over the years, and this was by far the worst money I have ever spent on any tinting or ceramic coating service. The workmanship was nowhere near professional quality. The windshield tint especially looked like an amateur installation rather than work done by an experienced company. When I contacted them about the distortions, I was told they would "go away in about a week" and that I should not park the car in the sun for at least four hours after installation. Nearly a week later, the distortions were still there, so I reached out again. Instead of taking responsibility, I was brushed off and told they had other appointments and would "get to it when they can." The following day I asked for an actual timeframe so I could make myself available, and without any notice they suddenly texted saying they were already a few minutes away from my house. I was over two hours away at work because no appointment or time had ever been scheduled. At that point the owner completely changed his attitude and started blaming me for their defective work. He falsely claimed I caused the problem by moving the vehicle too early and not following instructions. That is completely false, and I have video footage proving the car was never moved during the required period. Instead of standing behind their work, they chose to lie, deflect blame, and argue with the customer. To make matters worse, they then told me to personally remove all of the windshield tint myself, record a video of it, and only then would they consider giving me a refund. That is one of the most unprofessional responses I have ever received from a business. Mistakes can happen with any tint job. What matters is how a company handles those mistakes. Mi Pana Window Tinting showed poor workmanship, amateur installation quality, zero accountability, dishonesty, and extremely unprofessional customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company if you value your vehicle or expect professional-quality work.

My wife did all the arrangements for getting our 12 year old Toyota Prius all nice and shiny and…read moreget the interior to as close to "like new" as we could get. As such, we were willing to pay a decent sum for the job. She dealt with Doug exclusively, got scheduled, and communicated her expectations. She made him aware of how detailed she is, like super mega detailed, and as such she notices things others tend not to. He provided what seemed an appropriate estimate range (especially as compared to others we got quoted from), and we proceeded with them for business. Our car wasn't filthy per se, but it did have some stains we wanted out, and the old car smell, and our cat peed in the seat smell out. Our expectations were for those stains to be gone, and the car to smell nice, the rest is a plus. I'll start with the negatives: the stains on the seat were still there, and some on the door fabric. The positives: Doug and company were extremely professional and communicative. The cars exterior was superb, and it was clear the interior received a lot of work, there were some minor details missed, but overall it was a great job done. For the price I did expect the stains to be gone though, thus the 4 stars instead of 5. If your car doesn't have old stains it can be a 5 star service maybe. The price compared to a different place I took my other vehicle to seemed steep but this particular industry seems to be all over the place, another place quoted us $1000 (Ha!). So overall, if price isn't an issue to you this place is very professional and they did a pretty good job, if your expectation is a "like new" car it might not be possible.
