They did not even have the courtesy to call in advance and tell me it was broken! They offered to order another piece for me to paint free of charge but for what?? Why would I want to spend another 2 hours by myself painting another piece again? It was a small figurine and it was very tedious work! I asked if I could take the pieces home anyway just for the memory and I could try to glue it, and the lady told me I couldn't! I asked her why if they were just going to throw it in the trash anyway, and she told me it was their policy! Are you kidding me?? How does that even make sense? She refunded my money for the piece, but when I got home, I realized I was not refunded the tax that I originally paid either! I deserve an explanation from the manager as to why no one bothered to call me to let me know my piece was broken, as well as not being refunded the tax, and not being able to take the broken piece home when they were just going to trash it anyway.

Highly recommend shopping here for cross stitch and needlepoint supplies. Many unique kits,…read morepatterns and canvases. I was very impressed with the threads selection. While the store sold the most well known brands, there were also tread and floss brands I never heard of before. This would also be a great place to shop if you need gift ideas for your family members and friends who enjoy needle crafts. The staff person was very, very helpful and knowledgeable. She was fun to talk with and was able to answer all my questions. The store also sells different fabrics too for stitching on. My only reason for not giving five stars is that there was a little too much merchandise here. It was hard to look at everything in a short amount of time. However, this would be a great place to go if wanting to find your happy place and escape from the everyday for a while. Next time I shop here, I'll plan ahead so I can spend more time looking through different patterns.

(It's a shame that an ignorant anti-masker was allowed to even make a review, considering I doubt she shopped there at all. Yes, they have a mask policy, because they care about their employees and people in general. Please respect it.) Anyway, back to the actual review. I don't know a ton about plants, but this is a fun place to go and browse, and find or learn something new. They have something for every price range. Staff is always happy to answer any questions you have about plants. They also conveniently label plants that are pet safe! He is a sweet little pug who politely greets you and peacefully sleeps in the bed by the counter. He will come hang out with you and let you pet him if you ask!
