I had my graduation ceremony here. It was bigger than I was expecting. My guest said that their seats were comfortable but a little tight especially with everyone wearing coats.

Had the time of my life at Phish in the box suites. The service we had was exemplary and the box itself was amazing. The slider hamburgers were great. The soft jumbo pretzels were great. The strawberry lemonade on tap was great. The box was fully sticked with grey goose, herradurra, jack daniels, poland springs, seltzers, and more. The performance was great and so was the sound and lightshows. Smoking blunts all night inside was a dream in motion. Ha.

It was bitter cold in the building. Also, they should mention that there are strobes, flashing lights etc so people know before they spend many hours to attend ceremonies they can't engage in because of said lighting and sound. A heads up would have been great. Disappointed in overall quality.

Really not a bad seat in the building. We saw Duran Duran tonight and the arena was packed. The staff was pretty friendly and the acoustics were pretty good

It's a surprisingly spacious graduation venue. I was surprised with the number of people it was able to hold, but the space does get warm very quickly. You can feel the temperature change as you transition from room to room or from level to level. Given the space, its relatively comfortable to be in without feeling claustrophobic. Parking situation is pretty terrible. Both trying to find a parking spot or trying to leave after an event is over can be challenging. If you don't mind walking a few minutes, there is some street parking available. Security seemed pretty standard with a metal detector and some guards scanning individuals coming in.

The arena its self was nice and clean. Bathrooms were clean. It was cold in there though. Very packed. But it was a graduation. The security guards were very rude. We stood out in the cold for an extra 45 minutes, when the doors were supposed to have been open at a specific time! The wind was blowing like crazy and it was so cold. The concession foods were very expensive, as expected.

Outside the front. All team's logos are being projected.

Attended the NCAA Regionals and the arena needs some serious upgrades. Ice was in terrible condition despite it being in the 50s outside. Goalie nets kept getting dislodged every couple of minutes delaying the game. Fans weren't happy either. Seats in the 200s were obstructed from the railing. Very odd design with the railings up there. The bathrooms kept getting locked up on the 200level which was extremely frustrating for fans during intermission. Some were confused as to why it was locked despite people coming out. Music kept playing even after the face-off, took until the second game for them to figure out how to use the mixer. We were then trapped for 60 minutes in between games and re-entry was not allowed! Absolutely ridiculous. There's nothing to do in this arena and the concessions were awful. Paid $11 for 2 bottles of water. I paid less at March Madness basketball the week before. Parking is also brutal around the arena. Some off street places were charging $45 cash which was about the same prices as the tickets. Ended up driving around a few blocks and found a spot. Give yourself enough time to navigate through the traffic. NCAA shouldn't consider hosting the regionals in Manchester. Heck this would have been much better overall being played at the Whittemore Center in Durham. I mean after all UNH was the hosting school. I've been to the regionals in Providence and Worcester and it was much better environment. The games were a lot of fun but the arena conditions took away from the overall experience.

Bill Burr 30sep23 Not a sleight on Mr. Burr but this event was poorly managed. I'm in line now for 40 minutes because snhu arena doesn't know how to let people on. VIP parking? Don't bother. You'll just have a shorter walk to the end of the 40min line. Go to a different venue. Comedians: don't do snhu And be prepared for a Stadium Fire-esque scenario....

The box office and security staff are fabulous. Bought tickets to see Cirque du Soleil Crystal - the Cirque show on ice. Bought the tickets in April for an August show. Spent almost $1k for 7 tickets. Lo and behold, a couple weeks before the show, my dad fell, broke a hip and was in a wheelchair for the show. The box office and security staff helped us exchange our seats - at no charge. And actually exchanged all 7 seats, so that the family could sit together. Security allowed dad to bring beverage in to the arena. So he would be able to take his meds. I had had a nightmare conversation with ticket center trying to exchange the tickets. But SNHU treated us with dignity and respect.

Previous months before I had obtained a breast reduction surgery and was in immense pain. I also herniated one of my discs. Using marijuana was the only way I could find comfort during this time. I also had a Massachusetts medical marijuana card at that point. None of that mattered. They kicked me out after making me attend three classes prior to telling me. I had written and essay and declined precious time with my friends as I had schoolwork that proved not important anymore. With all of that I was sent home. They gave me less than a week before moving all of my stuff out. Coincidentally two of my grandparents suffered strokes that week and I had to help my family with that. There was no care and they threatened to throw away all my belongings. After emailing my frustration to the president of the campus there was no regard for my mental well being. Saint Anselm college was one of the worst two year experience of my life as well as a gigantic waste of money. They also refused me a 15,000 dollar refund after only being there for two weeks. I dislike every educator and staff member there. They would rather have coked and pilled out students with borderline alcoholic disease running around them a girl who was just trying to deal with her pain. If I could give zero stars I would. Besides separating boys and girls from each other, being able to count all the people of color on one hand, racist and homophobic monks this is not the place you want to waste your money on. I had reached out for mental health help as well as academic and was denied that as well. I only have one friend from this experience. The rest of it was a complete waste of time. President favaza if you are reading this please give me back my refund as that was just rude. DO NOT GO HERE THEY ALSO FORCE RELIGIOUS BELIEFS DOWN EVERYONES THROATS

From the amazing food (and workers) in the dining hall to the traditional Sunday mass in the Abbey Church--there is a place for everyone to call home on campus. The curriculum made me a more well-rounded human and made me appreciate my faith and friends more than ever. There are opportunities to get involved in everything on campus. I played four years of varsity lacrosse, studied in Italy my junior fall, was an orientation leader for two years, went on a WBA service trip, worked a campus job in the dining hall, and enjoyed hanging out with my friends on the weekends. Anyone who attends SAC will definitely make a mark on the world.
