A week later the owner came out, after the time for Inspections had passed. He came on our property unannounced and failed our system. Jack Straight SHOWED UP ON TIME and set right out to work. I had already started to dig out my system. Jack took over and helped clear the rest of what was now an overflowing septic. He opened up the lids of the septic tank and pumped them out much more thoroughly than any previous company. He also helped explain how our septic was working and what issues we were having. He took the time to point out the different areas of our septic tank and our failing cinderblock drywell. He made some recommendations but did not push anything. We explained that we were considering trying to get hooked up to village sewer. Jack charged me just what he had quoted over the phone, which was very fair as compared to other septic pump out quotes. I would recommend Straight's Septic Service to anyone in need.
