Jack Straight SHOWED UP ON TIME and set right out to work. I had already started to dig out my system. Jack took over and helped clear the rest of what was now an overflowing septic. He opened up the lids of the septic tank and pumped them out much more thoroughly than any previous company. He also helped explain how our septic was working and what issues we were having.
