Where do I begin? My sister is from Iowa and dreamed of having her engagement photos on the beach. I took over the task of finding a photographer because it was too stressful for her from states away. My sisters mean the world to me and knowing how important this was to her, I took the task very seriously. I messaged many many photographers explaining the situation. Some cost 400 for an hour and 10 final photos. (I'm sorry, what?) There were very many talented photographers, but I will be honest, once I spoke to these two, the decision was easy. The communication wasn't about what they required, it was about what we were looking for. We got two photographers for two hours for the price of one. The best part was that when I finally gave my sister a couple of options, she liked their photos the best (which was great because they were most affordable by a lot.) The actual photo session was incredible. Their demeanor was so welcoming. They made sure we were all comfortable. We brought silly props and had a bunch of our own ideas and opinions and they welcomed it graciously but also used their own creative vision which was great because they have the talent! It was enjoyable the entire time for all of us. The communication has been great, there's no limit on photos, they have great energy. We received a sneak peak yesterday of some of the photos and I am CONFIDENT that if you go with these photographers you will not be disappointed. I was so satisfied that I told them they should charge more. The response was that they wanted to be accessible to all families and couples. I don't leave a lot of reviews because I don't like to say negative things, but when something is great I want to shout it from the rooftops. SND captured our wedding beautifully. Given that we got married in a year of a Pandemic we couldn't invite many of our loved ones, this video captured all of the key moments of our big day. SND rocked or wedding day! They communicated with us several times before our big day to make sure they knew what we were expecting and what they wanted to incorporate based on our vision. That honestly helped us plan the details of our day and relieved some of my stress. They showed up and stayed behind the scenes taking pictures while we got ready, because of course we were a little behind on our timeline. And the day was a whirl wind but they stayed on top of the timeline and checked in with us while doing their thing. And the end result took my breath away. We were originally going to book photography only since we were on a budget, but decided to add video because of the value. Their videos are made with an amazing high def quality and the pictures turned out beautifully, all for a great price!
