Im rating this business 1 star due to lack of professionalism and lack of communication…read more I contacted Nisy Recovery service for post op care in December 2021. I spoke to Nisy directly on the phone and explained what I was looking for. It sounded like she was driving and she told me she'd call me back and never did. I followed up with her via text a couple times and never received a response. The way you interact with clients tells a lot about how you run your business. Nisy was short on the phone with me and lied to me. This was a red flag and a sign that maybe I dodged a bullet. I couldn't imagine hiring this company to care for my health if the business owner doesn't have the decency to communicate back with potential clients.

I called Nisy and was lucky enough to get her the same day of my surgery. I was so happy they she was able to accommodate me especially since it was so last minute. She was an Angel. Once she picked me up from the hospital we went to go get my prescriptions as well as food . From there we came back to my hotel where she took my vitals and created a personal schedule for the times I needed to take medication. She was so supportive and made me feel super comfortable and was there monitoring me the whole time. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions I had and also gave great advice that I can use during my recovery process . You can feel that she really cares about her patients well being which just makes the whole experience even better. I am so thankful to have had her to take care of me and would highly recommend her to anyone in need of recovery services during their cosmetic surgery journey.

A friend recommended iCare Mobile Medicine and I'm so thankful he did! The doctor came to my Air BnB and treated me on the spot, haven't felt this good in months! The doctor was so kind and professional, and the best part was I didn't have to sit in crowded waiting rooms while not feeling well. I would recommend this service to anyone in the world coming to Miami, so glad I found them.

Never talked to them like that to be doing anything to scam me out of my money. But I paid for surgery services and I obviously had a couple of push backs, just 2. They were more than willing to adjust which I'll admit. But this 3rd one? Oh, I made sure just once more to have that pushed back because I got new number and phone. Shes refusing to give a refund, and also is refusing to adjust what I paid for. She says her deposits are good for a year, and that what's left over of that balance, will be refunded. How is that supposed to work if I never got services from this place and if they're refusing to adjust my post op care? This isn't about the care, this is about MY MONEY and how this place is a scam! Basically, she's hoping I forget about it and that it won't be a problem later. There is OTHER cheap private nurses who does the same thing AND you don't have to pay cosmetic aftercare through Venmo, Cashapp, or another 3rd party service!

The owner Patia was very sweet, thorough, and accommodating, not to mention she charges 1/2 of what other agencies charge. This was going to be perfect for my mother who is visiting from out of town. When I interviewed her, she seemed to get what I needed and was certain she could match us with an ideal nurse. I requested proof of her insurance and perhaps it was a coincidence but her effective date was the day of our scheduled work. Our 1st scheduled workday resulted in a nurse not showing up on time due to a family emergency. The nurse then texted that she would be here 2hrs late. This was not helpful as I would not be here to show her what was needed. I asked her if she was really able to assure me that she could make it, family emergebcy and all...and I was cursed out, called heartless and an F-bomb was launched at me because I "didn't know how to treat people." Even if that were true, that's not how you speak to a person who is going to employ you. Patia called another nurse who was off-duty who said she would come over after her appointment, by 10/11. At 2:30 no one had arrived and I was told she was still at her appointment from 8am. I called her and severed our agreement. I needed a dependable care provider for my mother. Plain and simple. I'm really sorry it didn't work out but it clearly wasn't a good fit.

Before she could be released to go home she needed clothes, her wallet, etc. She had been taken to the hospital by an ambulance and had no change of clothes, etc. Prior to my sister being discharged from the hospital Patia went to her house, got clothes, wallet, etc. She also arranged for my sister to be picked up from the hospital. Madeline, my sister's aide, took her shopping for groceries, made her bed and was just a regular powerhouse getting my sister set up. What more could you ask of a company. I can't say enough good about Aurelia's Angels. My sister will require an aide 7 days a week/6 hours a day. Patia is making that happen. If you are looking for a home health care company, I highly recommend Aurelia's Angels. Their pricing structure is very reasonable and the service and communication is top notch. Give them a try and see for yourself.
