You'd think that a place that does Passport Photos would know what they were doing.
My 79 year old mother went here for Passport Photos. Luckily she went to the Post Office to send her application off. The lady at the Post Office said that the photos were incorrect and would need to be re-done.
My Mum had to go back to Snappy Snap to have them re-do the photos. Their excuse? It was "the computer's fault"! Seriously??? They don't have someone on staff who knows what a Passport Photo should look like?
Pathetic service. Just glad I live in the US or I'd be going to see the Manager myself. read more
