I had heard about this experience online before and decided to make the visit while I was in San…read moreFrancisco and it did not disappoint! By the time I got there, it was a Saturday evening and there was a decent line formed outside. The wait wasn't too bad, I think I waited around 15 minutes. The inside is a bit small, so it can feel a bit cramped with the amount of people that are there. There are around 5 photobooths in the main room and another 2-3 in the back, so plenty of options for different backgrounds and styles which is nice that they have that variety. Each strip was priced around $7, so it can definitely add up. One of the photobooths I used didn't print out my photos, so the staff were kind enough to allow me another attempt free of charge. They also have the option of making your photos into a cute little key chain. If you're looking for a cute date activity or fun hangout with friends, I think this is a great experience! You get to see old photobooths and keep a physical memory of the experience.

Wow ! I really wanted to love this place. So we continued and tried to enjoy our time. While taking pictures at some of the Photo Booth, some pictures might take up to 2 1/2 or three minutes to print out... One of the booths had a rope on it, but the green light was on, which indicated that you may still use the booth. Only my first time here I was thinking the rope was there because maybe someone was waiting for their pictures because the pitchers do take about 2-3 minutes to print out. And not knowing that it was out of service because there were no signs and the GREEN LIGHT was ON. we paid for our pictures and continue to navigate around to other booths to my surprise, a lady came out with a very rude attitude. Yelling at customers saying " WHO TOOK THE ROPE OFF OF HERE!" Her name was (Vionia from chile) she was so disgustingly rude to us that i finally said " hey im sorry i did that I wasn't sure I seen the green light on" she looked at us in disgust. At this point, we were just waiting for a picture to come out of another booth to get ready to exit because we did not feel welcomed. Viona came out and gave us a card to compensate for the pictures that did not come out of the booth. We appreciated that took the card and continue to try and take more pictures... SHE CAME BACK OUT LITERALLY TWO MINUTES LATER, GAZING AT US WITH HATRED IN HER EYES AS WE STOOD AND WAITED FOR OTHERS TO FINISH WITH THE BOOTH THAT WE WANTED TO GO IN SHE LOOKED AT US AND SAID " we are closing soon. You guys need to use that and take some pictures elsewhere" "we said I'm sorry, but we're waiting for our pictures to come out of this booth.." THE RUDENESS WAS SO OVERWHELMING TO WHERE MY SISTER SAID HEY, I'M NOT SURE WHY YOU ARE TREATING US LIKE THIS, BUT WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING. WE APOLOGIZE FOR TAKING THE ROPE OFF THE BOOTH. IT WAS AN HONEST MISTAKE. WE DID NOT KNOW IT'S OUR FIRST TIME HERE." "She continued to raise her voice and say well you guys are getting something for free because you took the rope off the booth" To where I replied, you can have the card back we can pay with money. We are not trying to get anything for free. SHE THEN !! SNATCHES THE CARD BACK AND WALKS AWAY. The manager comes around and tries to resolve the situation, but at this point, I feel very disrespected and honestly somewhat afraid to go back. I couldn't even enjoy time with my sister for her special day. She completely took our joy away that day. It was a horrible way to end our night. I hope they get friendly or people in that place because it is a bit confusing and with a whole bunch of others trying to take pictures at the same booth it can get a bit overwhelming, but I really do feel friendly or staff would be a great solution.

Photobox - You have the option of 4x6 prints or 2 photo strips for your event. These make for bigger party favors.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND PHOTOBOX!…read more Our wedding was this past weekend and we hired Photobox to provide their mirror photobooth services. Corby is awesome! From the start the communication was very easy. If I had any questions he was always willing to answer them. He arrived early in order to set up the photobooth and he let us know once the photobooth was ready to go to take pictures. My guests enjoyed the mirror photobooth and enjoyed the options he provided for props. Again, I highly recommend Photobox for any event you have. Thank you Corby (and Devon) for everything!

Quality of the photobooth pictures were amazing and the mirror photobooth is SO MUCH FUN----It wow'ed your guests. It's new & fun & unique.... I still can't get over how much fun the mirror service is...I just can't... Side note: odd to add this here but all the props were well maintained. Clean. And, I think Corby or team mentioned to me that the props were thoroughly wiped down before our event. WOW, thank you! I am kind of afraid of germs so appreciate you noting that to us beforehand! 3. There's a little info card next to each booth giving more information on the history behind each machine. They also have some examples of what the photos will look like on each machine. A little green light will let the next group know that it's ready to use. You can wait on the side for about a minute or so for your photo to develop while the next group uses it. For its novelty, I think $7.50 for one strip is a decent price, especially for its authenticity. There's a little table you can use to also get envelopes to hold photos, with scissors and cut out tools. On the other side of the wall there's also a table with hair dryers you can use to dry your fresh prints. There's also staff available to sell keychains, frames, digital copies, etc. On Market street, we were able to get there by walking a few blocks from public transit. Tucked away in a multi level outlet mall, it's facing the street. It's also open late on weekends, and I will definitely be back, hopefully by the time their oldest machine is up and working!

My bf and I took one photo with the black and white booth for $7.50 and... he's lightskinned and you can barely see him with how much darker he came out in the photo. $7.50 is a bit expensive especially for one photo and would definitely recommend a color booth if you have darker skin. Take advantage of the blow dryers and fans around to dry your photos a bit quicker. They have a station where you can cut your photos and turn them into keychains. I believe it's $10 to turn into keychain with charms or a two for $10 for two keychains. Each booth should tell you how long it'll take for your photos to print. Mine took 2 1/2 minutes.
