This was the best money I spent, and here is why: Customer Service: Vy was extremely prompt about answering emails, and answered all my questions ahead of time. On the day of, I was having some issues with space and the guy who set the booth up, didn't complain when I had him relocate the booth. The booth operator was extremely enthusiastic and encouraged everyone to get in there and take photos. Pricing: I did quite a bit of research online for a photo booth. At first I was discouraged because everyone I found was super expensive. Kandid Snap was priced so cheap, I thought it was too good to be true. But don't let their below-market prices fool you, they go above and beyond: Touch screen monitors, excellent service and great props. Quality: For the bridal shower Kandid Snap provided color coordinated prints, printed the bride and grooms name on there, and allowed you to select the number of prints. Honestly, this was the best quality photo booth I've ever seen or used (and i've been to tonsss of weddings). And the best, best, best part were the props. All of our guests commented on how cute and original the props were. Move aside cheesy props and make room for pimp cups, MJ hats and personalized signs to bring into the booth!! I had reviewed the wedding albums of a couple of friends he had done, so I was aware of the quality of his work. What I did not expect was getting a photographer who is friendly and full of energy! Maqsood was able to entertain us and guests when taking pictures, and was even willing to help with crowd control during wedding events! They guy even does magic tricks and jokes (heavy on the cheese with the jokes!). Maqsood's wife, Kavita, is also a great photographer. She has a keen attention to detail and was instrumental during our portrait shots. She recommended poses that we thought would look weird, but they turned out looking awesome in print. She also was able to suggest what colors to wear that improve the quality of our shots. In addition she is a whiz at Photoshop, so she and Maqsood are able to put together some very creative collage shots Maqsood also threw in some surprises in our prints, he gave us some free metallic paper prints because they thought the pictures turned out so well. If that doesn't speak to the type of guy Maqsood is, I don't know what will. I would use him again in a heartbeat.

Daniel is very professional, detail-oriented, and very easy to talk to. You can tell he has a lot of passion for photography and really cares about his clients getting the shot/look over being strict on the timing laid out in the contract. Onto the photoshoot, my husband and I were really nervous about how to pose and not look awkward however Daniel quickly helped us loosen up. As we took more and more photos, we knew how to pose and it got really fun that we didn't want to stop. Daniel really goes out of his way to even do a venue site tour if he has never been to your venue before. He will help look at your bridal suite and around the venue to give you advice regarding space and lighting. This was huge for us because the original room we had was way too small. We upgraded to a bigger room with more lighting and this allowed us to have a smooth wedding day. Daniel is also very punctual, hard-working, and prepared. He always arrives early and is very communicative which is a plus! He runs around to help capture the special moment for you and even prepares so many things such as a bubble gun for the signature look, placemat for your wedding flat lay, and adhesive suction hook to hang your wedding dress. It gave a good reason for our guests to move around and mingle. It was completely classic and priceless to see our grandmas with funny glasses posing like teenagers. The booth was big (fitting around 8 to 9 ppl all at once) which was great for our big party. The images were high quality. We also got a photo album with the images at the end of the night which was surprisingly wonderful. The wedding celebration went by so fast, and we didn't have any access to our wedding pictures until a few days later. So it was awesome having the pixybooth album to relive those moments right after. Overall, their product was great, but I have to say their service was superb. The wedding planning process was very stressful, especially when I was doing everthing myself. So it was crucial for me to have good, professional and reliable vendors. I mostly interacted with Ken. Although we booked Pixybooth a year in advance, Ken never forgot about our event. He was following up with me promptly as the day got closer. He made my life so much easier by being on top of everything...I wish my other vendors were as good and as responsible.
