Long story short, there was a mishap in booking of a local photo booth, and they were able to help out. We are so happy that there was an error because it worked out better than we expected. Actually Seattle customers should consider using The Original Photo Booth because they don't have to pay sales tax. It turns about to be a better deal than local booths. Besides the value, the service and the photos themselves are excellent! Some pictures from photo booths can be very grainy or very white, but the quality of these photos were great! They even took the digital file from our invitation and made a custom graphic that matched perfectly. This was replicated for the cover of the album we received. The attendant that day was also so kind and happy. Several guests commented on how pleasant he was. We supplied some of our own props, and the props they brought along were quite popular. At the end of the night you have a unique guest book to take home that means so much more than guests simply signing their names. Lastly, Christy, one of the owners was so pleasant to work with. She was kind and responsive. We would definitely recommend them to any couple looking for a fun and unique experience at their wedding. And the value you can't beat!

The person manning the booth, James, was pleasant and helpful and I absolutely love the guestbook with the photo strips. Additionally, the fact that you can download individual images from each series online made for a great post-wedding photo album on Facebook to tide everyone (including me) over until our formal photography is ready. I couldn't be happier with this company!

I saw the postal box photo booth at my friends wedding and immediately knew I needed that at my wedding! Not only was it a photo booth, it had a slot in it that guest can safely put their cards in that only can be unlocked with a code. The entire experience from start to finish was extremely enjoyable as Tony was very responsive - even late at night. There are a lot of templates for the photo booth and print outs - you can even customize it if you are able to design it yourself.

We had our photo printouts instantly, which was a great memento of my buddy's big day. This service made for a fun environment, and would be a great addition to any party.

They were quick to respond to my emails concerning designs, and were constantly confirming info and checking in with us. The last thing you want during an event is to be monitoring a vendor, and they were far from that. They were on time setting up, the person on site was extremely friendly and personable (not weird like most other companies I've worked with) and a true artist. Would recommend them 100% and will be using them in the future.

I was pleasantly surprised by how great Restrospect PDX was. They provided a fun, interactive, customized, photo-booth experience. I loved how the props were directly related to the theme of the party. The pictures print immediately and are also offered online so you can download them if you forgot to grab them as I did. Let me also state, I am not a huge fan of photo-booth experiences, frequently skipping them at most events. Retrospect had a very welcoming open feeling and the props drew me in, I couldn't wait to get some pics snapped, and honestly, I could have played around for a lot longer and gone back more than the second time, this is completely out of character for me. I don't know anything about their pricing as I was a guest but I can say I think they are surely worth every penny.
