They had a variety of props to choose from and the booth was very high quality. The pictures turned out better than I would have ever expected! We are so thankful for all of their hard work and certainly will be recommending them to friends and family!

I asked her how long it would take to set up and she told me 20 minutes. Went back in 20 still wasn't done and was asking me what background I wanted! This was discussed prior the the event! Our package included a photo album with all the photos that were taken, which she never tape or glued in the album. We had an after party in which the booth did stay, but she disappeared with no one to operate the booth! Finally she appears with a drink in her hand! So, I guess she wasn't drunk enough when she came in. It gets even better, when I approached her to tell her how upset I was she just stood and look at me with disbelief (can you imagine)? So, I sent her boss an email and called and left a message I still have not back! $700

When she got the booth "up and running", she didn't man the photo booth and instead went to the bar to drink ON MY DIME. My wedding guests were working the booth. The photo booth was supposed to come with a red carpet, which it didn't, and the attendant was supposed to help my guests put copies of the pictures in a picture book for a keepsake. Since she was not attending the booth, the pictures were thrown in the book and when we asked her for the book, that we paid for, she refused and walked off with it with an attitude. My maître d' had to get involved and get the book from her. After my event, I tried calling Juli, whom I had worked with up until the event, and she has yet to return my calls and emails. $700 WASTED. DO NOT BOOK WITH CHARIOT.

I feel fortunate to have found an advertisement for this company on my facebook one morning. I took…read morea gamble on booking them for my wedding since they are a newer company and did not have many reviews yet and I am SOOOO glad I did. They were fantastic! I will start from the beginning. I messaged them on FB and inquired about their photo booth, because I had never seen one that looked like a mirror before-even cooler that it was touch screen. Tanya immediately responded and we arranged to speak over the phone, where I was given all of the information and provided with videos and pictures of the photo booth. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions. I put a down payment on it and proceeded to exchange texts and messages to ensure they received what they needed for the wedding. I sent photos of my husband and myself for their video screen (which runs during the course of the wedding for your guests to see), and sent my wedding invitation, which was used to frame some of the photos- I thought that was so cool! I talked to Tanya once more over the phone before the wedding to pick our back drop and do a run down. Oh! Prior to that they took a trip to my venue to scout out a space and talk to the coordinator- which was awesome! The day of the wedding they got there on time, set up, and had my guests rolling in right away. They worked with us for the entire night, keeping my party going. They have SO MANY props and I cannot begin to tell you how much fun my guests had with all of them. They set up this cute red carpet to make you feel like a celebrity too haha. The staff was so sweet, especially Tanya, and were smiles the entire time. There is a person working on your own personalized scrapbook the whole night as well, and they spent time with every guest, walking them through operating the touch screen booth. I have to say, between their welcoming personalities and attractive technology, my guests had the most wonderful things to say about their services. I am so thankful to have found this company-they beat out any other photo booths I have used at other weddings and they were slammed the ENTIRE night. If you don't pick them, you'll be missing out. Tanya is a wonderful lady to work with, and I am so happy to have had the pleasure of enjoying my night with her and her staff. I am also honored to leave their first review on yelp! Oh yes- photo quality is excellent. My guests loved the sharpness, color, and size.

Same poses in like 15 different places. Took forever to get the pictures it felt like and nothing was even done but them being uploaded. The video was even worse. Not to mention we were given a 6 month timeline for the video. We had our wedding in May. It's just about January and we just got it and it's that bad. I could've had a college student do it who's learning for the first time. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GROUP.
