It seems almost unfair to ONLY be able to give somebody a maximum of 5 stars, especially when you get such top notch service and professionalism! Chilvary, nor great customer service, is dead these days! Simply put, Keoua has been a pleasure to work with in the photo sessions he's done for our family on various occassions. To me, great customer service is key and he provides just that. He has a very friendly and professional demeanor about him that makes taking pictures so much more easier/comfortable and it definitely shows in the portraits! When the comfort is there, the pictures come out more natural and not so 'posed'. He did an awesome job of capturing our feelings/emotions during the shoot and capturing the essence of the moment! Another great thing about him is that he is always prepared and ready to go well before our appointment time and always has his gear and everything prepared. While this might not seem like a big thing to some, it definitely is to others! We hired Keoua and his team for our wedding in May 2015 at Hakone Garden. Before we decided on Keoua and his team, my fiance and I were looking around for photographers in the area and we have two criterias- we want us to look normal and totally us in the photos (meaning no photoshop, adjusting colors and such is ok but adding random things in the photos that wasn't there, not cool)and be comfortable with the photographers. Keoua's assistant, Steve is a friend of mine at work and I've seen his work on facebook and he had mentioned Keoua on several photos (Ive seen Keoua's work also even before I started inquiring for photographer)and he gladly sent me their pricing and package list and told me we don't have to go with them (I wasn't pressured at all). When I got home that night, I showed Keoua and Steve's work to my fiance and he instantly love them of the bat and he hasn't even met them! I set up a meeting with Keoua and Steve came too. They were very professional and take their work very seriously- we knew this because we offered to buy them a drink on our first meeting and Keoua was hesitant and told us that he's still at work, very down to earth and I can see that photography is his passion- his eyes lit up talking about potential wedding shots that we want to do, places where we want great photos-- and he told us that he has certain stuff that he can use for great lighting and photos. The best part is that, he can instantly run a slideshow video (probably 8-10mins) like a recap of the day (as him and Steve will spend 8 hours with us) and I absolutely can not wait to see it! My fiance is so comforable with Keoua and Steve and that is very important for me to find a team that my fiance will be comfortable with as they will be with us throughout the day taking photos. If I could give Keoua 10 stars I would! He photographed and completed an aerial, interior and exterior video for a luxury listing I have that was under a time crunch. He's been an absolute pleasure to work with and has made my job easy! We had to deal with inclement weather and he rearranged his schedule to make sure the property would show in the best light possible during a brief pocket of sunshine. The photos were stunning, the video was superb and his landing page is professional and beautifully done. He even helped me link it to my unique URL for the property.
