Let me start off saying I work 12hr shifts and i have 3 children and a puppy so yes when he entered the house yes it was a bit of disarray and yes have my pup had a few accidents of course were not perfect and i would also like to state that they never even attemped to reach out to me until I called them and they declined the call with a text message stating "please text me" I understand not every company is equipped to handle every situation, but the way this was handled was disappointing. I was told my home was essentially too unsafe to even estimate due to its condition and odor, which felt like an overstatement.
I just felt judged and im trying to stay positive not everyone has a million dollar house not everyone has cleaning services so I do the best I can with what I have while having severe depression and still wake up every morning fighting threw im not asking for any handouts I work just as hard as anyone else I cant believe they said that but its there right to decline but I felt so little and humiliated.
There was no effort to offer guidance, alternatives, or referrals--just a flat-out refusal. Customer service matters, and this interaction felt more judgmental than professional. read more
