Frites were hot and crispy. Hamburger came juicy medium, on a seeded bun, with a slice of american(?) cheese, ketchup, truffled mayo, chilled lettuce, tomato, and lightly pickled cucumber. It was fantastic, and I debated ordering another one, since I knew I was leaving town. I settled for another round of frites, just as good as the first, to finish off my sauces.
My only suggestion is that if someone eats their hamburger slower than I do, the bun might mush as it absorbs juice and sauce. So, slightly more robust bun?
If I ever get back to The Hague, I'm coming for another round.
