Everything on the menu looked good. I had the Chicken Parma Ham, food was amazing, chicken was moist and perfectly prepared. I followed that up with the apple pie. I have a sweet tooth and I must say this is probably the best apple pie I have ever tasted. The pastry on it is sweet and the filling is almost light and fluffy, well the two seem to almost melt together and the end result was amazing. This place deserves 5 stars for sure, I have not a single complaint, I only wish I could find food of this quality on a regular basis.

We were passing through Enniskillen during a random drive through Ireland and Northern Ireland. It…read morewas getting a little late for lunch, but we hadn't seen any good food options along the way. When we got to Enniskillen, we decided to park and find a place to eat. We just happened to walk near the Route 66 diner. Since diner food is almost always a good option for us, we stopped to check out the posted menu. As we were reviewing options, the owner happened to be outside. We had some great conversation with her, and she provided fantastic information about the area. We both ordered one of the specials -- the gourmet burger. It was a delicious burger, and the sides were great as well. It was amusing to be in a restaurant with so much Americana during our visit to Ireland, but it was definitely a great stop with yummy food and great conversation.
