I will admit though, my American palate is accustomed to food heavy-handed with salt and sugar and this was the first place we tried off the resort.
There is no denying how fresh everything was! If you're in Tulum, I do think it's worth stopping by and checking out this place. If for nothing else, the ambience and the service. They are some of the nicest people we met in Mexico and everything presented was beautiful. I mean look at the art work for that french toast! Yes, that's french toast under that beautiful strawberry design.
The mushroom quiche was good, but needed a little more flavor including salt. Like I said, probably just my taste buds.
The coffee fell a little flat for me. I ordered an iced latte. My husband had a flat white and liked his for the most part.
I love that they have live musicians stop by - there was a flute player and a guitar player in the short hour we were there and both were so good.
Overall, the place has a cute vibe and is a great spot to chill and have some food and coffee.
