I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jeff Venuto while shopping for new insurance. He was extremely knowledgeable, warm and quite funny. He explained everything in terms that I, the layman could even understand; and didn't make me feel like I was a 3-year-old learning how to tie my shoes for the very first time. He was patient, understanding and extremely eager to assist me in any which way he could. I did not feel as if I was another number or an inconvenience like it seems you see more and more with businesses. He was so dedicated to me as a client, he even gave me his personal phone number just in case I have any other questions or issues. Again, not something you typically see anymore. Anywhooo, I would highly recommend giving him a call or stopping by, even if you have insurance (like I did) he seems to enjoy helping people get the best bang for their buck, so it can't hurt to look into it, right? It saved me a bit of cash!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company due to the lack of professionalism…read moreand poor customer service. It has been nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone -- on one occasion, I waited two hours without successfully connecting to a representative. In addition, multiple emails and voicemail messages have gone unanswered. It was also communicated that Spanish-speaking assistance was available; however, during four separate visits with my mother, we were unable to find anyone in the office who speaks Spanish. Furthermore, we submitted a cancellation request for our policy four weeks prior to its renewal date. Despite this, I later received a notice reminding me to renew the policy within two days. When I contacted Homesite Home Insurance directly, I was informed that they had never received the cancellation request. Overall, this experience has been frustrating and concerning. Effective communication and reliability are fundamental expectations for any business. Based on my experience, I would recommend considering other options if you value professionalism and responsiveness.

We worked 4 weeks nonstop removing 90% of the debrie. Sent them pictures, bills for cleanup, everything AAA asked, we did, and we were still canceled. And as for Roadside Service. We had a blowout on our trailer coming home from a Camping trip from Ely Nevada. Called AAA for help. The recording on the phone said, leave your number and location where you are. Someone will call you back a.s.a.p. We waited 1 hour NO CALL. A highway patrol happened to come by and stopped to help us. We changed our own tire in the middle of the desert, 90 degree weather.
