I cannot recommend SMP Ink enough, specifically Tyler. Thinning hair is something a lot of us deal with, but it doesn't make it any easier when it happens. It really took a toll on my confidence for a while. Finding Tyler was a game-changer. From our first meeting, it was clear he is extremely professional and he took amazing care of me during each session. The location is spotless, incredibly relaxing, and has a luxurious feeling that makes the whole experience feel like a premium service. He didn't just give me a great result; he gave me back the confidence I'd lost. If you've been researching SMP and aren't sure where to go, Tyler is the best man for the job. You won't regret it. read more

I was nervous at first calling around finding out about SMP but I was quickly assisted by Tyler. I came in and had a face to face consultation where he addressed all my concerns and made me feel more comfortable to move forward with the treatment. I'm soooo happy I decided to do this my results are absolutely amazing! For anyone who is experiencing hair loss you owe it to yourself to at least go check them out and see if this is a good option for you! The environment was extremely classy as well. I was scared I would have to get this done in a tattoo studio type setting but it was nothing like that. It was medical and intimate. Thank you again! read more

I am in complete awe with the turnout of my hair! Tyler really hooked it up. I was really self-conscious when it came to my hair. I went to a barber and he totally messed up my hairline completely. Made me look like I had 10 head! It wasn't growing back. I didn't know what to do or where to turn to. My best friend helped me out. And found SMP INK and the rest is history. I will definitely recommend them to anyone I come across. Once again thank you soo sooo much to Tyler and the shop! Miracle worker read more

Tyler, with SMP Ink, is the best in the business. His attention to detail to create a natural hairline is second to none. There are a lot of competitors out there, so I wanted to make sure that I went with a very reputable company who understood my needs. Other untrained and less experienced SMP technicians can make or break the entire experience. Best to go with the best of the best for something like this. Plus Tyler is a cool dude. Thank you Tyler for setting the example for all SMP technicians out there. I highly recommended SMP Ink. read more

I was looking for a new career so I decided to check out SMP INK. After much research and a few sit downs with Marvin, I decided to take the training course. It has been the best decision and investment I have made for myself! The training that Marvin and Tyler provide, hands down the best training out there!! I love how hands on the training is and all the tips that they share. On my first day I was able to meet the other artists at the shop, everyone was real nice and helpful, also the shop is really clean and professional looking. I was brought to the back training room where Marvin and Tyler broke down what SMP meant and what their vision is. I was able to practice on dummy heads and fake skin. They also provided all of the equipment I needed for training ex. "Machines, ink, gloves etc." all I needed to do was show up ready to learn. I've learned so much from these 2 MASTERS and will continue to learn and grow. For that I am truly grateful and appreciate all of the knowledge and time they have put in to teaching me their craft. SMP has not only changed my life but has allowed me to help change other peoples lives as well! That is what makes this all worth it to me. Again, the BEST decision and investment I have ever made for myself! Thank you both for helping me find my passion!!! read more

I can't begin to tell you how amazing Marvin and Tyler are! My biggest insecurity was my hair. I am a 35 year old woman and I am a hairstylist. I have always had such thin hair that you could see through to my scalp. It got worse once I hit my 30's. I was desperate after doing all kinds of thyroid testing, eating better, taking all the vitamins & working out. Nothing was helping. We live in a world of instant gratification, and if you want a dramatic change fairly quickly do Smp as soon as you can! I absolutely love how my hair turned out! I was constantly buying topik hair powder to hide my thinning. I would never actually swim at pool parties in fear of the powder getting all over my face. When I say this is a game changer, trust me! It is absolutely freeing to not worry about bald spots! Thank you guys so much for taking care of me and giving me my confidence back!!! read more

SMP ink is a fantastic business operated with professionalism along with genuine and honest people. From the very beginning, the follow through is amazing and the detailed explanations of the process and aftercare is superb. I did the density treatment and I love the results! My artist's name is Tad and you can tell he truly has a passion for his work. In my eyes, he works miracles, gives honest feedback on what he thinks and gives 200% effort with precision and talent. Both Tyler and Tad are so easy to work with and are genuine people that are very hard to come by in this city. Results are AMAZING! read more

So it's about 3 weeks since my 3rd session here at SMP ink and I couldn't be happier. My head looks great and nobody can really tell unless I tell them about it. The staff is very professional and it is a very clean, friendly, relaxing environment. It does take some time in the chair, but you can relax with netflix while they do all the work. Marvin did my first session and Tyler did my additional follow ups. Both were excellent! Payment was easy. I financed through PayPal credit and received 6 months of zero interest and was able to pay SMP directly through paypal hassle free! Easier than Care Credit or similar financing. Overall, if you are thinking about getting this process done do it with SMP ink and you won't be disappointed! Thanks again for the excellent results! read more

I am leaving this review for my mom. She went and saw Heidie over at smp ink. She loved Heidie and the treatment so much that she wanted to leave a review. We researched treatment options for thinning hair in women, and she is so happy she went with smp ink. Heidie was such a great artist, very kind, gentle, and reassuring. She took her time to explain how the treatment would work and how many follow up sessions it would require. My mom would wear topical solutions to mask her thinning hair every day, and since the treatment has not had to do so. She's so happy with the results. 10/10 would recommend this treatment to any women (or man) with thinning hair looking for density. read more
