The owner Simon is friendly and professional. So is his staff member, I think his name is Eddie.
Simon was very helpful in troubleshooting and repairing a home network involving a printer/scanner/fax machine, multiple laptops, and internet issues. He made an effort to work around our schedule. He worked remotely and also made service calls to our house. He is very patient and helpful in explaining the problems and solutions. We also found him to be trustworthy and were very comfortable having him in our home. His prices seem reasonable and we will continue to use his services. read more
