IF I could choose ZERO I would. Paid for a smoothie & tiped cashier ONLY for him to say it didn't go through EVEN after I showed him physically my bank transaction. Shrugged it off HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

I don't know if I want to admit how many times I have been to Smoothie King within a seven day period..... but I will just say the Peanut Power Plus Smoothie has me in a chokehold. You have the option to add either chocolate or strawberry to it. I order it with strawberry and I sub the nonfat milk for almond milk, and it is literally the most delicious thing! Not to mention the staff is always kind here, they move pretty swiftly even with a crowd. Definitely recommend this location. read more

Smoothie King - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Sandy Springs, Georgia

Staff is friendly and smoothies are good. Gets less than 5 stars cuz they often out of bananas and creatine. Great otherwise.

Customer service here is the worst. Right next to my gym so I decided to give it a try. First time was fine. Gentleman was working. Last two times a female was attempting to take my order and it was a nightmare. Finally just walked out today without a smoothie. read more

Pretty terrible "smoothie". If I wanted a blended ice smoothie, it would be perfect. Could taste nothing. Other locations = fantastic This location = traumatic read more

There are so many choices. That can be good thing but when the girl at the cash register makes you feel like your interrupting her day. It makes you feel anxious. She offered no help. Just stood and stared at me. To ad insult to injury two of the girls only partially had their masks on. The cashier kept taking it off to talk. The cashier was so upset that I asked her to please pull it up her mask, she aggressively started making a smoothie for another customer and knocked over a blender and didn't pick it up. She said "no thank you, I'm fine". You could tell she was upset. The guy who made my smoothie kept his mask on the whole time and was pleasant. I wouldn't have taken one from the girl. She was pissed. Sad. Businesses are closing left and right. I liked the product. A few bad apples will help this establishment right out of business. read more

I just had a bad experience in Smoothie King in Sandy Springs, and I won't be visiting again. The young lady in there was very rude and didn't have any manners at all. I don't usually do reviews because I actually never have bad experiences anywhere, and I'm not going to be racist because I'm not, but that's how I was being treated as a paying customer. After she made my smoothie, she literally sat it in a hole, as if she didn't want to hand it to m, and when a foreign guy came in, her whole attitude changed towards him, and I was like okay. I feel very uncomfortable and disrespected because she was totally rude in a customer service industry. read more

Girl (young white female) at register was super bossy and not pleasant today. She took my order with no friendly customer service. I do not like the way she is training or talking to the two young men working with her. A little bit longer of a wait for my smoothie. I would not come back here again... read more

Smoothie King - Small store - Juice Bars & Smoothies Near Me - Sandy Springs, Georgia

This is the worst Smoothie King in the world. It took 30 minutes to get a smoothie and it was watery with no fruit.

This Smoothie King is like a few others I noted lately, with workers that act like you are a bother and have zero skills in greeting or taking an order until you say "Can I place an order?" seriously bad experience.... Smoothie was okay, but will not return due to the employees and manager that seemed to just hawk over them, but not say a word. Also the store does not accept Level Up App or any cash over a 20. If you own this franchise, you may need to engage before they run all your customers off. read more

Ordered a smoothie because it was close to where I had an appointment. The smoothie was mainly protein powder and just flat out disgusting and did not have the ingredients of the smoothie I ordered. After tasting I went back in to see if it could be remade or something done so it could be tolerable to intake and I was met by another worker with a nasty attitude. When paying for something at the very least i expect to receive what I paid for and if there was a mix up for it be resolved without aggression or conflict from the worker. read more

This is a great location for me personally! Close to my gym, so it's a perfect 'pick me up' after sweating a ton from a difficult workout! I go to this location a lot and there has only been two smoothies that were not the best; however, anytime either of the twin brothers (I will not call out their names, but anyone reading this most likely knows them, especially their Manager) make a smoothie, it is top-notch! These guys should teach anyone else working there. They always make them the right flavor for what you request as a Customer, and they are smoothies, not water or so thick you cannot drink them. Give these two a franchise! (I guess all of these terrible reviews were before the remodel, and they most likely fired some people) read more

Megan is the best! Always gets my order perfect and the store is soooo clean!!!! I always come to this location because of Megan's great customer service read more

I really like this location. I usually order through the app like 10 minutes in advance, and I never have to wait a long time. The employees are also very friendly here. My favorite item is the Lean1 Strawberry. read more

well despite all of the signs about social distancing, face coverings, and capacity, nothing was being done. ALL EMPLOYEES INCLUDING manager where not using masks, no social distancing what so ever. The store is the size of an apartment closet and there where at least 12 people in the building including staff.Manager is very unprofessional, music blasting from the back, employees drinking smoothies while making them at the same time. STAY AWAY, this was utterly ridic!!! Alternatively Tropical Smoothie Cafe is just down Roswell rd, and MASKED UP!!! read more

Bad attitude from the manager . I come to smoothie king all the time forgot to add strawberries and asked if she could add them and she said no cause of cross contamination. Didn't make sense because you're supposed to wash the blender after making each smoothie. So now I'm questioning the cleanliness of this location. But honestly she just didn't want to do it and made up some response like she was dealing with a fool. Not professional and not concerned with keeping a valued customer . Won't be back. read more

The menu just looks overwhelming because there are all sorts of supplements and energy shots you can add to your smoothie. For me, I'm no-frills. I ended up talking to lady behind the counter, telling her what fruits I like and she was able to help me make a choice. Thinking that most smoothies are small, I got a medium size which ended up being HUGE! A medium is 32 ounces. My smoothie had a lot of berries but it was waaaay too sweet. Like, whoa... I had to dilute it with water. Not sure how often I'll want a smoothie, but if I come back, I'm sure it's going to be a small sized smoothie and I'll ask to see if they can hold off on the sugar they put in my smoothie. read more

The smoothie king in Kennesaw double charged me. On Feb 14th they had a bogo going on. On the app I tried to order both but there was not an option to do the 2nd smoothie. When I got to the store I told the rep this & she scanned my app. I asked her was I being charged again and she stated no & I ended up being charged again. I reached out to customer service several times letting them know this was an honest mistake & to please refund. They failed to refund & then stopped responding. I advised to them that I would make a review & never get a smoothie with them again & here is my review. Don't trust none of their promotions. It's just a hype to trick you to get their smoothies. At the other smoothie king on S cobb it was plastic pieces smoothie. read more

I just left here and my smoothie was great!!! I love the New staff such! I love the Christmas feel of the store!!!

Great location with awesome employees. The twins there are always cool and helpful every time come by.

Never been to a slower drive through. Normally takes 10-15 minutes, but today a 3 car line took 25 minutes!!!! Absolutely crazy. As our world gets faster, they are going to need to find a way to speed it up. Someone should be blending my smoothie the minute I order, instead they don't start until after you pay. Rediculous! read more

I love Smoothie King however I will not come back to this location. I've been here twice and it smells like cigarettes inside and they don't wash their hands. Last time I bought a banana bread and I was not paying attention until I looked down and saw that it had a mold ... A big one .. I'm very disappointed with this location. read more

This is my second coming to this location. Unstaffed and poor customer service. On 1/10 I arrive at this location not greeted. The representative didn't say hello. On 1/11 same situation you all need to hire better talent. read more

Place is great but in a very awkward spot. Oh don't try having a conversation while they're making your drink, it's so loud you couldn't hear a kid scream. **Note to parents when your kid won't shut-up.** I had the blueberry protein shake and I must say that it was great it makes a difference in my diet, especially if you are working out later. The customer service is average but they listen and get your order right so I wouldn't ask for anything else as long as I receive that much. read more

It's my second time coming over here and this place is closed when it should be open. This is a inconvenience. Horrible experience. It's 8:01 am and their sign states they open at 7:00 am. I'm not coming back. There several cars here waiting on them to open. Not okay! read more

The guy that works here, never gets a day off. They def need to hire more people but only if they can make my Small Gladiator chocolate add banana and peanut butter protein shake the same way he can. Other locations screw it up every time. He does not. It's perfect every time here. Also, the beef/ostrich jerky they have is amazing. The turkey applewood flavor is disgusting. read more

I just had a really good experience here. I was greeted right away this was my first time at any smoothie king. They were super patient and attentive with anyone who came in while I was deciding. I ordered a 20 oz. Smoothie from one attendant that left the store after telling another employee about my order. Several minutes later the second employee rings up a 40 oz. drink for me at twice the cost of what I originally ordered. I explain that I had ordered a 20 drink and that there must have been a mistake in their communication. She give me a surley look and says she can pour it into a 20 oz cup. read more

My husband and I were in line around 8:45 pm for a smoothie...we finally approached the window around 9:00 pm...the worker then began to inform us that they are closed. We approached the window and the workers were very rude stating we took our last order, Dawg, I have to walk home, the manager will tell you the same thing, yelling at my husband and I that we were in line after 9 pm, which is untrue...they continued arguing, yelling and complaining about how they're ready to go home. It was the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life. read more

Terrible customer service. I waited to place my order while an employee finished making himself a smoothie. He drank it while I gave my order. I watched two other employees slurp smoothies from sample cups while I waited for my order. I've always heard that never eating / drinking in front of customers is a cardinal rule of food service. Obviously these employees need to go back to the training basics. I won't be back, sadly. Roswell Road has no lack of food options. I would have hoped Smoothie King would have worked harder to retain my business. read more

I usually only get my smoothies from Arden's Garden but one time a couple of weeks ago I was in the shopping center and decided to grab a smoothie from Smoothie King. It was called the Passion something. They started off by throwing some frozen bananas in the blender so I think to myself,"ok, this doesn't seem too bad" Next, the guy took the blender over somewhere that was blocked from view by a wall. I stretched to see what he was doing and saw he was squirting all these different flavorings and syrups into the smoothie. No telling what was in there. Smoothie King advertises that they use real fruit. The smoothie I picked off the menu listed 3 or 4 different fruits that were supposedly used. I only saw him use 1 of the actual fruits listed. The rest were sugary flavors. Don't get me wrong, the smoothie was good, but it felt like I had just drank a 1 lb. bag of sugar. read more

Only 1 person working during lunch hour rush. Don't waste your time here. It took me nearly 20 minutes to get a 20oz smoothie. Ridiculous.

I have to admit that coming from California to live in Atlanta, my standards for a decent smoothie might be skewed as I was fan of Jamba Juice out there. This being said, I've found Smoothie King to be a major disappointment. Instead of tasting natural and wholesome, these smoothies taste like sugar added to some kind of powder and ice. On top of that, the service was awful. The servers spent time chatting up some weight lifters before deciding to rudely take our order. My kids liked the smoothies, but my wife and I thought they were crap and the indifferent service assured me to not go there again. read more
