Awesome example of how Smoothie King should run. The location is great, located in a small strip nearby the movie theater and steak 'n shake off of 256 and 204. Pros: always fast when making smoothies, even when there are crowds. Specials orders are made without hesitation, whether it be a variation of a smoothie or a creation of your own. The store is always clean as well. Cons: not always greeted by the staff on clock- just depends. Most of the staff is filled by high school or college age kids who are always cracking jokes behind the counter. Sometimes they'll greet with a friendly hello, other times not. There also are only two chairs and one table in the entire place, it would be much nicer if they had more places to sit. The idea is the costumer gets their smoothie and is on their way, but having a place to sit down and enjoy would be cool. Overall, great place to grab a smoothie. The Smoothie King franchise offers all kinds of smoothies- whether it be for bulking, swimming down, or a healthy meal swap. We stopped by to get a smoothie and when we tasted after we purchased it. It was very disgusting. It had too much sugar. This was supposed to be a fruit smoothie but not with lots of sugar. I think this place is more of a health hazard if you want a smoothie this is not the place for you please retrain your staff or get new ones. Stay away from this place If you want a smoothie and go somewhere else. read more

The smoothies are consistent every time I go here. I've never had a bad experience. The staff is not very helpful with suggestions if you are new to any of the Smoothie King locations. U kinda have to just figure it out at this location. The blenders are A1 as I don't like to have actual fruit chunks in my smoothie. They had $5 special on Fridays, a reward app system but other than that you'll start off at about $6 for the smallest size.. They have kids options which is super cool. Also have other supplement/snack options to buy as well. Ie. Protein bars etc. This is a goto spot for smoothes for me. read more

I'll definitely be back! I've never been here before but heard great things. They have lots of options for protein such as cookies or bars. You can add things into your smoothie such as fiber, protein, or as I chose a probiotic: I got a strawberry banana raspberry purée smoothie and I'm obsessed. It was 5.99 for a 32 oz but totally worth it! They were super fast too so even if you're in a hurry you can still grab and go! read more

I love this place! The varieties are outstanding. The service could be a bit better, but it's mostly kids working their so I dont expect to much. On the plus side, a large Smoothie is $5 on Mondays! I'm glad this place isn't closer to where I live! It's a great place to get an after-workout shake or even an on-the-go breakfast. Service is fast and parking is ample. The shakes have all been pretty tasty too. However...the prices here are quite inflated. $5 a smoothie can be reasonable...and then you realize it's a small. You can spend upwards of $12 (or more) just on yourself. I mean...it's good stuff, but that seems a bit steep to me. Except for the price, this place is solid and can definitely be addicted. Go swing by, but don't make a habit of it...unless you budget well. read more

Very disappointed with my service today. Not greeted when I walked in. 3 employees just talking to a friend they had in the store. They are taking about school so must have been Hight school kids. This was ridiculous I Waited 10 minuets they didn't ask how can I help or any questions. The young lady at register kept looking up but didn't greet. read more

I'm a true fan of Smoothie King now. Delicious fresh flavor and healthy, too! I have driven by before, but when I had dental surgery and couldn't chew for a few days, this was recommended to me. I'm so glad I went in and tried it. Healthy choices including vegan and organic ingredients. They also use stevia instead of sugar for reduced calories--much better than artificial sweeteners. The service is quick and friendly, they know their products well. Highly recommend going in on a Friday when they have special pricing. read more

This is my favorite Smoothie King! Friendly, fast, efficient service. They remember what I like without me having to say so! Wish they had a drive up window, but they are so fast that I do not mind going inside. We get morning meal replacements and snacks often. My co-workers are jealous! I'd rather go to the Smoothie King on Hamilton, but sometimes I'm in this area depending on what I'm doing. The drinks are made fine and it's rather quick. The only thing I don't like about this location is that some of the younger employees (specifically a few guys) are rude and unprofessional. I had to repeat my order the last visit 3x because he was too busy talking to a coworker about personal matters. (Not business related). The manager/owner needs to check up on this. Otherwise the experience is fine, but that can ruin an experience for me. read more

Smoothie King is my guilty pleasure and I'm so happy it's is approximately 2 minutes from my house! I tend to gravitate toward the Blueberry Heaven and the Island Impact. I'll branch out one day, but I try to limit myself to Mondays when they have a $5 special on medium smoothies, so that usually doesn't happen :) read more

Great food, love how they carry protein bars and energy drinks if I'm pressed for time as well but horrible customer service. Like others in here have mentioned we were not greeted any of the times we've been in there and then just stand at the register and you have to guess when they are ready for you to take their order. I'll still go in but I highly encourage management to step in and train these employees better. read more

Wanted to stop in with my boyfriend to get a smoothie before work. Both the storefront and the website says they open at 6:30. It's now 6:45 and no lights are on and doors are locked.
