So normally, I would have given it a five star review, I always visit this same location and the reason I visit is because I get a protein shake in order to get a pup cup. Every time I go, they're all really sweet and nice employees, some of them already know my dog. So normally when I go to the drive thru window, the employee hands over a pup cup to my dog. My dog (Dalmatian) gets really excited when they hand him over his pup cup. But apparently this time the employee refuse to give it to him even when I asked nicely. I even gave him a dollar so he can hand it over to my dog. I'm not sure if he's a new employee or what. But I was a little disappointed because my dog gets very excited every time he sees the drive-through a mile away he knows he's gonna get a pup.. read more

Love smoothie king. My favorite is the Strawberry-Lemon Twist. I also love the avocado toast.

I've been to this location about a dozen times at this point. They're always friendly, fast and consistent with their smoothies!

The large smoothie that I got was LARGE! I went through the drive through first and then had to go in to pick up some other stuff. Super nice crew. read more

First of all, I always thought this place was a dumb idea. Like, who would get a non milkshake- milkshake? Why are you freezing your brain for less calories? Ok- thankfully I have a friend who showed me there's more to life than dairy. After our morning fitness walks we come here and I found a strawberry banana jawn that hits harder than Mayweather reading Socrates! Ok no for real- this place has great smoothies and I actually fell in love with the peanut butter banana strawberry toast. Who knew? It's such a treat to look forward to after 3 miles of walking. Glad my friend put me on! #2025BIGBACKAPPROVEDFASHO read more

I had a craving for a caffeinated smoothie, so I popped in for a drink. The staff greeted me upon walking in. The store was clean and spacious. I ordered a coffee smoothie. It was very tasty. I don't drink a lot of smoothies, but I will definitely visit this chain in the future. read more

What can you say about Smoothie King that hasn't already been said? This nationwide smoothie chain doesn't focus on healthy drinks to the extent of other smoothie and juice shops. It's also not a local shop. With that being said, the Caribbean Way is a delicious smoothie. I've been having it for a long time. And if you stop by during happy hour, which I believe is in the early afternoon, you can get discounted smoothies. If you haven't tried the Caribbean Way, check it out and thank me later. read more

I did a call in order because I had a few questions because I'm doing a fast. Tatiana answered the phone and was very pleasant. She even suggested a smoothie for me that turned out to be so delicious. Her patience and professionalism were so awesome. Even the next day I called she still had that bubbly personality! Overall it was clean inside and the other employees were hard at work. I recommend this Smoothie King a 1000 percent! Thanks for making my day and making me smile!! read more

There is so much ice in the smoothies here that the final product is a chunky bland icee. You almost have to eat it with a spoon but you don't want to because the flavor is nonexistent from how much ice there is. It's a lose/lose read more

This is the third time I got a smoothie at this location, and all three times it was disgusting. It's like they use the amount of fruit for a kid's smoothie for a 40 oz drink. The smoothie had no color at all, when it's usually bright pink. I've had Smoothie King drinks in several states, I've never had this issue. Either your employees are not trained, or you're deliberately cutting corners on ingredients. read more

Rude and very argumentative. Not accommodating nor respectful, all over a smoothie. I personally would take the extra 5 minutes to go to the other location. read more

My local Smoothie King. It's convenient and quick. The line can be long and I don't like how it wrap be the building and connect with the busy drive way for the other parking lots. However it's a good store with good employees and good products. This is a great location read more

I love smoothie king, but their smoothies seem to get sweeter & sweeter every time I go. This location is in a pretty cool location, but it would definitely get more business if it was located on 518/Broadway, between the fitness centers (24 Fit, Dynamic & YogaOne). read more

BLAH.... I was craving a smoothie at 7:30p. I usually go to the Smoothie King on Kirby (the one closer to NRG) but I didn't feel like driving 15 minutes just for a smoothie, so I decided to drive 7 minutes to this location...bad idea lol. I mean I like the fact that there wasn't a line in the drive thru...the worker didn't seem very friendly, kinda straight blunt, usually I would get asked if I want to add any extras or enhancers..nope didn't get asked lol I mean it's not a big deal but still. Get to the window, I had my rewards ready, cashier just kinda snatched my phone out of my hand...like usually at the location I go to, the cashier would use the scanner instead of taking my whole phone...lol once again not a big deal but how it was done was tacky and not professional. My smoothie was pretty good though. I got the Yogurt Delight skinny with strawberries.... So 2 stars for me from the lack of customer service, that's a major point for me. Most likely I would not be back unless I'm craving again lol which isn't often... read more

I received a delightful recommendation from Mia J. at Smoothie King which satisfied my palate for several hours. At first, I wanted my normal Smoothie King Smoothie-Yay! Then, I mindfully looked at the calorie intake of my fav smoothie and said, Whaaaaat!!!!!! while I was in the drive- through!!! Mia J. helped me choose the best smoothie for me at that moment. Yay! Jeremy E. was courteous and honest as we exchanged monies. As I received my smoothie, I was greeted with positive energy. By the way, my Smoothie King Smoothie recommendation by Mai J. was delicious! Receiving excellent service such as this, in the future, I will definitely continue to patronize Smoothie King on 11037 Shadow Creek Pkwy., Ste. 115 Pearland, TX 77584. Thanks Smoothie King Staff! You Were Awesome!!!! read more

I guess I shouldn't expect much... besides employees cussing while I'm waiting on my order, I walked up and the cashier just staring at me until I said are you ready for my order? She nodded and I give her my order and she said that's it with an attitude I said yes mam. Most smoothie kings will pick up their scanner and scan my app to pay but she just pointed at the scanner. No problem. I just won't expect much from this location. read more

"Overall great service, the young blonde kid who handed me my smoothie was working very hard while being friendly and helpful"

Service was a nightmare, we left because of how awful it was. The attitude from the girl was so bad we didn't even get our order. This location is going to fail with employees like this. Don't waste your time or energy dealing with these people it's not worth it. read more

I keep trying to give this location the benefit of the doubt, but they can never make my drinks right. Decided to give them one last try . I drove through the drive thru one night minutes before they closed. They proceeded to take my order . When I pulled up the young lady working the window wouldn't open the window . She didn't look my way at all and proceeded to start counting the money drawer. That was the last straw for me, will not be returning . The drive through is convenient but not worth the poor customer service. Will drive to the other pearland location !! They make drinks better anyway . read more

I was on my way to work and decided I wanted a meal replacement today I was so excited to get my star berry peanut power with almond milk and when I got to the speaker the girl was so nice and I pulled up and gave her my money and she gave me the drink and the girl making my drink was name was mijia I'm not sure how to spell it but she gave me my smoothie and they gave me the wrong smoothie I couldn't go back because I had to work and end up throwing the drink away bc it was nasty and It was only two people in line. Don't waste your time going here if they can't simply get one drink right when it was only two people in line. read more

This location was attentive to the lunch hour $5 Friday rush of people so well that I was slow to get my app ready to scan. The smoothie was thick not over blended & thin. I'm not a healthy eating nut, I love Smoothie King because I'm from South La and because it's too hot in Texas to eat food when your on the go. Smoothie King is the best fast food drive through to make it in the heat and traffic of Texas!!! No long drive through wait and your order is correct, can't beat that! Smoothie King - Large pineapple surf with gladiator protein vanilla flavor my lunch for today - Health Markets Near Me - Pearland, Texas

I was in the Pearland area for work today and it was about brunch time. I didn't want to eat a heavy breakfast and forgo lunch, so I decided to go a healthier route and just grab a small smoothie! I've had Smoothie King before and have always enjoyed it! This case was no different! I ordered a small (which is actually quite large) hulk meal replacement smoothie and it was delicious! I highly recommend this to anyone who is interested in a quick and healthier option! I ordered the strawberry in case you were wondering. I believe you can also get the hulk in vanilla or banana. Oh did I mention the service?! I went through the drive thru and was greeted by a young man who was likely still in high school. He was incredibly nice and very professional. He had that bit of kindness that would just really add a boost to your day! Oh how I wish everyone was that nice! Definitely 5 stars from me for this Smoothie King! Delicious, quick, and great service! Cheers! read more

I'm a huge fan of Smoothie King! I love the happy hour (half off smoothies from 5-7pm, Monday - Friday). My issue is with the Pearland location. I waited in the Drive Thru for 25 minutes. And, finally when i got my smootie? It was aweful. I went to get it swapped out; however, it came out just as bad. 1/5 for this location only! read more

I wanted lunch on the go, so I thought, "Hey, a smoothie!" Enter Smoothie King. (Or rather, the drive-thru.) I had just had some imaging done at the Memorial Hermann Imaging Center a few minutes away, and I had fasted so I was pretty hungry. Because I was running errands after, I thought I should get something to eat that I could consume while driving, etc. I went through the drive-thru and ordered a large Piña Colada Island. Mind you, I hadn't been to a Smoothie King in a while, so I forgot how large their large really is. More on that later. When I pulled up to the window, the guy tells me it is $7 and change. I about near fell out of my car!! $7 for a SMOOTHIE??? Did it have gold flecks in it?? For a moment I looked in my rear view mirror because I thought he had told me the total of a car behind me. You know, one that had several smoothies in their order. Nope. There was no one behind me and it was indeed my smoothie. OMG!! Well, I paid for the behemoth drink (40 freakin ounces!) and drove away. It sure tasted great! I later found out why: it's because it had 1200 calories and 20 grams of fat. WTF? That's like your entire day's worth. Or 2/3. Or something. Dear Lord! If I do go back, I will have to have a coupon or go during happy hour. I could easily have spent that $7 on actual food! read more

I don't know why this location gets so few stars!? The only gripe I do have and share with other reviewers is the speed and efficiency of the drive thru. The drive thru does take longer than most other places. The drinks, however, are great! Once you get to the window.. it probably takes less than 3 minutes before the drink is handed to you! My 2 favorite drinks to get are the Berry Punch and Pineapple Surf!! I almost come 3 to 4 days a week! highly recommended! read more

There were 5 employees and not one greeted me as I walked in. All looked up and immediately looked back down. The young lady who took my order didn't even greet me. There was nobody in there except for me. I don't expect to be treated like a celebrity but kindness goes a long way. read more

This is a nice and clean local Smoothie King with good operating hours open slightly later into the night. While the traffic here comes largely through the drive thru system, I am always here on my feet to order in person. And the service has generally been helpful, even if not the friendliest at times. They are usually at least somewhat busy and to their credit, they do a solid job of managing the crowds as they pile up. The smoothies always taste on point here relative to the standard Smoothie King recipes, which surprisingly means a lot to me given my poor experience in one of their downtown tunnel locations with a watered down Mango Kale smoothie a while ago. On my latest visit, I sipped on a small coffee high protein almond mocha in their newly unveiled plastic cup (bye bye styrofoam). It was refreshing to drink it and also know that the environment is being served better in the process. The almond mocha smoothie itself is certainly a nice blend of cold brew and a nutritious protein shake so don't hesitate to give it a try. If only Smoothie King revamped its menu with newer menu options more frequently! read more

As always, my smoothie was made perfectly and tasted great. Even excluding the turbinato and subbing strawberry for banana did not cause any issues. I have had issues at other shops, but not this one. read more

Bunch of thugs working here. I had 4 people who ordered after me leave 5 minutes before me and only after I asked why it's taking so long did the hamster wheel in their heads start turning. I was not happy with my experience today at all. It wasn't so much the services as it was the decisions made by the company. I actually frequent smoothie king a lot because of my weight loss journey. I came specifically on a Friday in order to take advantage of the $5 20 oz smoothie. They first told me that the smoothie I ordered was a meal replacement and it would be $1 extra. I was pissed about it but said ok. I also had a $2 rewards and of course it wasn't applicable. It had to be used on the colossal cup which was $8.90 (or $9 USD). $9 is way too much to spend on a smoothie, but I digress. I did not a huge smoothie because I was running errands for the day and wouldn't be able to do much with a 10 lb cup in my hand. I asked for a medium sized cup and the associate said it would be .27 cent to get a cup. I was so disappointed in this chain because after spending $7 for a smoothie I wasn't even granted a pass on a .27 cent cup. I really hate that this Friday experience wasn't pleasant because it set the tone for my day. read more

I'm highly disappointed in this location. I visit weekly and last night was one of my least favorite experiences. I arrived at the drive thru at 8:50pm and my order was taken by a young lady. When I get to the window a young man greets me and tells me he can't place my order because he has already cleaned the store. I have called for the manager John several times and he's not available. How you not ever have a manager on duty is unheard of. I'm very upset and disappointed in this location. read more
