Most of their shakes seem like meal replacements, but others can be used as an afternoon pick-me-up. They emphasize low calorie and high protein options in the shop. The supplements offered are all through Herbalife. You can purchase a yearlong Herbalife membership while at the store for $45. This allows you to benefit for several supplement discounts. You can download the Engage app and preorder before you arrive to the shop. Their access code is GKFJLQ. Payments: you can pay with card or cash, but there is an extra fee if you pay with a card. I recommend paying through Venmo or CashApp. They have this option available with a code you can scan. I believe you can also pay through the app if you download Engage. We ordered the Dutch Chocolate and the Chocolate banana shakes. The chocolate banana is a HIGH recommendation from me! I finished it in under 10 minutes after leaving the shop. My coworker is the one who referred me to Total Transformation after she went and she ordered the Butter Pecan shake. She said it tasted like drinking butter pecan ice cream for less than a fraction of the calories. So that may be my next shake that I try! I'm glad I was able to be the first to review this place! But I finally made it today within the last 10 minutes before closing on a Sunday! There was a table inside & a table outside, & a few barstools. The eating area was kinda small but welcoming. Maybe most customers just take their orders to-go, without staying very long. I didn't see what the restroom(s) were like while there, & I was the only customer at the time. There was only one person working there, but she worked quickly, & processed my payment (they accept Visa cards). I ordered 2 meal-replacement shakes, since I couldn't decide & they both sounded good. I was originally gonna do one 24-oz shake (medium size), but since I got 2, I did 2 16-oz shakes (small size). One was lemon-blueberry cheesecake, & the other one was peanut butter (including chocolate & toffee, among other ingredients). She also recommended the thicker "shake straws", since I first selected a regular straw (for teas & juices). The size of the straw didn't matter as much on a hot day while I was driving anyway, even though the shakes are nice & thick. I definitely hope to return there to try more shake flavors, as well as some of their other drinks & treats!
