We brought my dad here to walk in the pool to strengthen his legs and while walking in the door he tripped and fell, knocking my mom down him, on the runner inside of door! The runner is not industrial, it's more like a runner you'd buy at Wayfair for your hallway at home. No elevators to help him get to second level to work on bikes. My last complaint is the customer service at front desk, two of the gals (Blond) are like dead fish! I just shake my head because well... it's not my business! The owners/managers know about it, but do nothing. My niece was bitten 12 times and had to be taken into the ER because it made her so sick! It's up to all of us to exercise the discipline to walk in. The crew is great and has adapted to the Rona well with its cleaning routines. I moved 9 miles away when I bought a house and still have no desire to change clubs cause there isn't one better in this town.
