Less than 12 hours of my initial call to the company Tony had an expert roofer meet me at my home after I gut off work to do an inspection. The expert then explained to me what needed to be done and how they planned to do it if hired. All this before I even gave a dime or agreed to hire them. Tony set up an appointment with me at his office. He didn't sit me down with anyone he sat down with me himself. He offered a very fair and reasonable price. Afterwards the roof doctors showed up on the scheduled date and were clean predicting and EXTREMELY fast due to their system and economy of work. My plants and yard were not harmed in the process and they even CLEANED MY GUTTERS which was not in the scope of work just did it as a courtesy. Another great thing I liked about them is they are HOA friendly. In and out of the neighborhood in less than 6 hours!!! My roof looks amazing and I am completely satisfied customer. As I was leaving for work yesterday, the cable on the right side of my garage door became loose…read more Just two weeks ago, I backed into my door, as it was going up. I got that fixed but apparently the cable was still loose. I tried winding the cable up myself and it wasn't working so I hit the switch to close the door. That snapped the cable off and now my garage door is stuck in the center, crooked and off track on one side! This happened around 0700 so I'm calling every company I could find online. 90% of them could NOT get to me until Mon or Tue. That wouldn't work so I called Precision. They were available right away but I knew their prices were high so I kept searching. (Sooo glad I did!). No one could get to me so I was referred to Mr. Dwight at Action Garage Doors. When I called him, he's like, "I'll be there in 30 min to an hour," and he was on time. He fixed my door in less than 20 min!!! I knew his diagnostic fee was $85 for coming out, so I was bracing myself for the labor charges. When he said, "I didn't need to add any parts Ma'am, so it'll only be $85!" I HUGGED HIM!!! He then added, "I try my best to help people and be honest!" It is hard to find people like this, especially in home repairs!!! I told him I would tell EVERYONE about him & how great of a job he did. If you want an HONEST technician that's not gonna hit you over the head with pricing...call Mr. Dwight. He will save you thousands!!!
