I was a little too early and didn't care to try what was available so I'll have to return. The place is clean and they even have a few tables for you to sit and enjoy. I took a few pics of what they had and I'm looking forward to trying them out.

I received one thin slice of turkey, ham, roast beef and a burnt piece of bacon. Delicious meat seemed like store bought meat you put on a kids lunch sandwich. No fluff or height to the sandwich. Lettuce on the salad bar was brown. It was late in the evening and the server said the salad bar had been out all day and that they had been slow. Maybe some other items are better, but the club sandwich was very disappointing.

I stumbled upon Manhattan Deli as I overhead someone talking about how the line was out of the door. To my surprise, it's on my list of places to visit. They had coffee, teas, smoothies, refreshers like watermelon lime juice. They also have pastries, cakes, muffins and fresh fruit bowls. Their food menu consists of breakfast items like BEC bagels, avocado egg and spinach bagel. They even have a vegetarian egg and cheese bagel. Breakfast plates, omelets, panini's, veggie wraps and other options for meat eaters. They have chopped cheese, burgers, falafel, quesadillas, salads, lamb, halal food, wings, acai bowls, protein shakes. Their menu is pretty extensive and I'm impressed. Whoever thought to put this business here is a genius. This town will definitely appreciate it as much as I do. I got the falafel halal plate which came with rice, tomato, lettuce, their white and tahini sauce. It came in a decent sized container so I had left-overs. I also forgot to mention they have other drink options like gatorade, milk teas, sodas and bottles juices. I tried their strawberry shortcake as well. It was too dry and hard. It was probably sitting for too long. So, I'll give it a 4.4/5

My co-workers and I came to Tupelo for a funeral for a fellow co-worker's mom. When we arrived in town, we looked for a place to get a bite to eat before the funeral started at 2:00. This place was close to the funeral home, so we decided to go. When we pulled into the front parking lot, which is small, we got really excited because of all the options on the door. There literally was something for everyone and every palette. We opened the door and the place is incredible! Very clean with friendly staff, and the cases with all the food items made my heart happy. The ONLY reason we did not eat here is because there is no seating. You have to take your meal with you. The cashier urged us to take menus with us, but since we were just visitors in Tupelo for the funeral, we did not take menus. If I am ever in Tupelo again, I may head to this place to get a to-go meal just because of the ambiance and the friendliness of the staff. I do encourage others to try this place and share their experiences so people can check them out.
