With that in mind he, neither he nor his employees seem to have a clue in the slightest about the vaping world. I think he primarily caters to young people that want a candy flavored vape, in and out shopping. He doesn't know what nic salts are, nor what MTL/DTL systems are, absolutely nothing. He doesn't even know what type of systems he has out and is selling. His selection is also very limited to the candy type flavors. If you want a knowledgeable staff to guide you through your vape choices in all types of vapes, nic salts, systems and juices, shop somewhere else.

Sam took his time with me helping understand what everything did and meant. Also I wanted to purchase a new juice. He took the time to ask what I may like then opened 3 to 4 juices, let me smell them and decide. Last night I actually took my Cuz to see Sam to get her a vape. She found the one she wanted he set it up for her, after he let her see and smell many juices. He answered all her questions and she was and still is very happy with her decision that Sam helped her make. In closing, the atmosphere is clean and well organized. Not that "Gas Station" feel. If you need help or have questions, they will be answered. I will not go to another Vape/Tobacco Shop.

Don't go here and why I suggest going to a different smoke shop…read more 1.) Once upon a time there were young associates, who knew the product. Now there is a man who can't make ANY suggestions about the different vapes. 2.) Customer service is terrible. The man just fast talks you, not knowing what you came in for, not knowing the differences between items, just repeats very good multiple times. And then pushes you to buy perfume. 3.) The woman that now works there she is terrible. She says nothing when I walk in, she watches me like a hawk when I'm looking at incenses.. and when I was up at the register that horrendous female came up behind me to look in my wallet. 4.) Since I've been coming there, their selection continues to narrow down each time. I've had to switch from four different brands now. 5.) weird behavior- I bring this product issueup to the man. He insists I text him. Even though I'm in front of him with the product I bought previously... and as the young men were (I'm assuming) quitting, they put up a questionable for hire sign looking for females only... 6.) their punch pass is buy 7 get 1 free. When I get to seven the man really told me it's ten off. Not what he said when he handed it to me or what it says on the punch pass. In conclusion- I cant bad sales person. Someone who talks fast to attempt to make you move fast. No idea what I'm there for, can't answer any questions, won't let me think, provides no value on anything. The vibe is icky. There are better smoke shops in the area. They basically sell lost Mary and the other one you can get from gas stations.
