She shows up. She stays late. She picks up the slack for others without complaint. And in return? She gets taken for granted. No bonuses, no recognition, and definitely no respect. To make it even worse: If she makes a mistake no matter how minor she's expected to cover the cost out of her own pocket. Meanwhile, this company pulls in more than enough money to handle it themselves. But no, they'd rather let hardworking employees eat the loss while they sit on their profits.
