I went through buying different titanium and quartz pieces because every time I had stopped in and mentioned these issues, the answer always was that it couldn't be that. After 6 months of wasting money on this thing, I got a heat temp gun and this thing is off by almost 300 degrees. I'm just glad it didn't burn my house down. Given what I've spent here, and dealing with staff who give you the vibe that it's an inconvenience to address or report these issues, I won't be a returning customer.
