I drove him back to get an exchange because isn't that how good businesses work? We show up the exact same employee that was working that sold it to my dad was there working that evening. She denied the exchange because she said the owners do not allow exchanges of any kind which is unethical we spent the money on a broken pen we should've been reimbursed or given a properly working pen! If the owners were wondering she gave us a discount which is not allowed apparently! The owners are cheap and obviously are not running a legal business

I've mentioned this to store employees and never have they offered to make it right. The second pulsar e-nail I bought from these guys roughly six months ago has never worked properly since day one. I went through buying different titanium and quartz pieces because every time I had stopped in and mentioned these issues, the answer always was that it couldn't be that. After 6 months of wasting money on this thing, I got a heat temp gun and this thing is off by almost 300 degrees. I'm just glad it didn't burn my house down. Given what I've spent here, and dealing with staff who give you the vibe that it's an inconvenience to address or report these issues, I won't be a returning customer.

She went to exchange it and they do have signs saying no exchanges or refunds, even though it was defective. The man was very rude about it so she set it on the counter and said "fine" and went to leave. He then proceeded to yell at her to throw it away. She told him it was defective and he can throw it away, he continued to yell and berated her until she threw it away and walked out feeling like shit. Once she saw that he was not going to exchange it and they had signs, she complied and left him with the defective product and went to leave, even though he was rude, that part is forgivable. But yelling at her to throw it away? Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT GO HERE.
