I don't really review; however, I must say that the quality service I consistently receive from Josh keeps me coming back. I met him back in 2020 shopping for butane AND as long as I'm able to get helped by him ima keep returning as a customer. So happy he's manager now read more

I live down the street from this place and used to come here all the time. There's a younger guy who is always here and he acts kinda girly. Whenever I go there, he seems like I'm bothering him from eating his food. This happened a few times. Same guy and same attitude. The older gentleman that I believe is the owner is very nice and helpful. But because of this sassy non customer service guy, I won't be returning. So sad that owners don't realize the people they hire make or break their business. This guy I'm speaking about is always here. Black hair, short, sassy. No thanks. I'll go where my business is wanted and appreciated. Also, most of these reviews must be fake. None of the guys there are humorous or helpful so that' says a lot about their 5 star reviews. Very questionable. read more

Great shop was helped by a guy named Erik and he was super knowledgeable about the product they carried, set me up with a nice bong set up and a super sick torch lighter great prices and great value for the money I spent, definitely coming back! read more

Today I tried to return a blow torch that malfunctioned after 1 day. I have returned many damaged products and they replaced... always. But today, the store manager refused to replace or refund because of store policy of "no returns, no refunds" I never payed attention to it due to them always replacing damaged product. Because he refused to give me a replacement or refund, I began to call the manager names and belittle him. I was an absolute a-hole with him because he was only doing his job and he just said "have a good day!" I learned a big lesson from someone so much younger than I.... Don't be a nice person (I'm usually nice), be a good person. I apologize for my behavior today. I'm sorry. read more

I always come here since they have a variety of good quality glass and great prices. Josh goes into detail about each peace of glass and makes sure we leave satisfied with our purchase. Great service over all stop by!!! read more

The customer service here is phenomenal. The skinny Mexican dude was very helpful and assisted with all my questions. He was also able to offer a few recommendations. This place has a wide variety of items to choose from. It's not overly expensive either. Will definitely be coming back!!! read more

Me and my brother are regulars at this place! Always have the goodies or items we need. It super clean, the workers are welcoming and fun. Always good music.. products are reasonable prices, they have what you want at one stop. Every time I go in, they know exactly what I want, I don't have to ask anymore. It's ready and I love that. Other places me and my brother go to, prices are to dam high, I understand with the economy and inflammation, prices are everywhere. But this place, it's safe to say, this is my go to place. I live close by go it, so I'm either walking there or I can drive there. When you walk in for the first time, you don't know where to start, because everything in there you want, but don't have the money for it. lol. Overall, management interacts with you and their friendly. While you're shopping, you always end up having the funniest or craziest conversations with the workers. But you get really good services. It's the shop to be at! read more

Really nice shop, great prices, and really good customer service. I was driving through the area I needed to pick up the vape battery, happy I stop by here because they had a great selection and give me an awesome deal! read more

Hands down my favorite smoke shop, I've been to a lot of smoke shops and this one I can honestly call home, I live in Long Beach and will come to Downey just to buy a vape at this smoke shop! Josh definitely makes going to the smoke shop way better! He'll answer any question and make sure your visit is top Tier! Love that place! Definitely can't say anything bad about this place read more

Love the variety they have nice costumer service, only thing is the pricing always changes who ever is working at the time. Bought a disposable vape pen for one price then a different person rings me up and the price is higher than what I usually pay. I told the person I usually pay this price they just said oh it was because it was the guys. So I don't know if there's a gender difference on pricing... however it is a great place to get your smoking needs just a heads up on prices switching up on you depending who's working. read more

they always hook it up w the deals on rigs if u bring in cash! i love coming here to buy my bangers or blunts

Josh is absolutely wonderful. Every time I come in to check stuff out, he is very knowledgeable and makes sure that I'm taken care of by showing me what's in shop, deals, and what's new. Josh makes the experience feel much more friendly and he is the reason I keep coming back! He makes sure I get what I need for a good price especially when I purchased my first bong!! I've tried a few other smoke shops but Josh genuinely is a face that I like to return to as I trust him. Thank you Josh read more

My review is based off a specific experience and not the store as a whole!! So I recently moved close by and was super glad to find a nicely stocked smoke/vape shop right around the corner . Their PUFF PLUSS in the apple ice SUCKS. Isn't how the other ones do , but it literally malfunctioned on me multiple times I usually would buy their regular puff pens but wanted to upgrade since those were only lasting me 1-3 days 1st time i got the puff plus apple ice it didn't have a decent air pull whatsoever , I came into the shop and showed the worker and he definitely noticed something was wrong with it and exchanged it for me . 2nd time , well I left the one he exchanged at a friends house, so returned to the store and PURCHASED ANOTHER apple ice puff plus before my vegas trip on June 25th. June 26th the vape suddenly stopped working . No blue blinking light , no anything . I had barely used it . Mind you a puff plus has 800* puffs , and a regular puff which has about 300* puffs lasts me 3 days . There's no way I did 800 puffs in a day. I know some people vape like that , but not me . I use it in between wee*d , so I don't use it often . Anywhoo!! I called the guy and he said I could come exchange it no problem when I came back from Vegas . I think the younger worker is the guys son but I'm not sure . My Vegas trip lasted 6 days so when I returned, I brought the vape the young guy and he exchanged it for another one . I told him I didn't really want the apple ice one because it's messed up on me twice now ... but he INSISTED it should be fine . Oh can't forget he basically accused me of lying saying there is no way for him to know if I'm telling the truth because I didn't purchase it from him. But I reminded him he was the only person I had purchased vapes from thus far , but I SPOKE ON THE PHONE to an older gentleman. He also went as far to tell me HE has done that before , (exchanged a vape that has been used through, claiming it doesn't work ) Anywhoo he exchanged the vape for the same apple ice flavor after I was apprehensive about getting the same flavor . The very next day it STOPPED WORKING. This time displaying the blinking blue light . How in the hell did I rip 800 puffs in ONE DAY!!! A regular puff would last me 3 days . There is no way ! So I returned to the store this morning , and not to even exchange it , but to speak to the young man and the manager and let them know something must be faulty with the apple ice puff bars. The manager was very rude and kept cutting me off without letting me explain myself . He kept insisting that I could just exchange , but from here in out he would not honor any more "credit" . I kept telling him I didn't WANT an exchange that wasn't purpose I came in there , I came solely to complain . He did end up switching the vape out ; which I appreciated , but was not my purpose . I went in there to inform the manager and expected to feel listened to or have my complaint taken seriously , but instead I was cut off and basically given the vape to shut up and stop complaining , won't be coming here for vape anymore . The MANAGER also told me no one else complains about the vapes . But I'm sorry, I'm not gonna spend 23$ on a vape and not return it if it's dysfunctional, especially when I live around the corner and have been coming the shop for almost 2 months now , I MIGHT for wraps but it's unlikely . I appreciate you guys accommodating the exchanges , but you need to listen to your customers when they have a genuine complaint . read more

I have frequented this place often. The staff is overall friendly and helpful, however I used a credit card here for the first time and now have fraud charges on my card from Florida. Went last night to browse around and I saw a piece that reminded me of an old piece I had a few years ago, glass was a good thickness which I hoped for, I dislike thin glass! Ray gave me a great price on it, cheaper than what I thought it would have been!! Then all of a sudden I found an awesome ash catcher, asked Ray if he can pair them up and I was like woah! Then I thought might as well get a fat banger for it and Ray came through! He gave me the whole set at an awesome price!! Like I'm talking about a deal! Thank you smokin smoke house and especially Ray for getting me something I'm really happy with! Oh and this thing rippssssss ! read more

The guys were friendly and super helpful with everything. they had, not only a huge selection of glass but had cool apparel and accessories as well. the place had a very comfortable feel but also super clean and simple. the prices were great and they had some of the best smelling incense i've ever come across. they even tossed me a couple free ones cause of how much i expresses my liking for them. this is a smoke shop i'll drive across a couple cities to return to because the shop employees immediately became the homies :) 10 stars. read more

I've been going here for quite some years now and the products have always been great! Great selection of products all across the board from glass to raw papers. My guy Josh makes it worth spending my money always a good vibe with Josh working . He goes out of the way to help you find exactly what you need. On the other hand I have gone there when Josh isn't working and it was more of a get in get out type setting. When I go there and Josh is there he always greets you with a smile, the other cashiers just say hey and won't come up to you unless you ask for help. My guy Josh knows his products!!!! read more

Products seem to be refurbished, spent $120 on ipv5, the display screen was broke. Bought herakles tank and it leaked. Showed the owner and all he said was there nothing he could do. Recommendation is to go to a true vape store, one that concentrates on vape product only. This shop appears to sell everything and anything to make a quick buck. Don't loose out on $150 like i did, spend it somewhere where they provide good reliable products. Needless to say, i wont be shopping there any more. read more
