I ended up picking the vape, batteries and a E juice...cool! Got home and I started to have problems with the batteries, it was not charging properly and whenever I tried to turn on the vape it said something about battery problem on the screen..k so called them, I talked to the boy who sold it to me and he told me to try to reset and if it didn't work that I should just bring it back so he could take a look....that's what I did, cause it wasn't working. I got there, they tested and figured it was the battery, it wasn'tworking properly...so they gave me new batteries and it worked.. Until I was dumb enough to remove the batteries ( I don't know why I did it) and I tried to put back in..and again I couldn't turn it on...I started to get anxious...so I decided to go back to the store one more time and this time it was the owner or manager that helped me.... turned out that me with my " cleverness" inserted the batteries backwards ‍‍‍ lol I felt so embarrassed but he was so,so cool about it.. and for my surprise he said that because it was my second time coming in he would help me and got me a, battery charger..also said that if I had any other problems to go back! I was so impressed by his customer service, needless to say they got a costumer for life now, highly recommend them and I will be back for sure. Ps: Yes now my vape is working fine
