I'm sure it didn't help that I was new to the whole vape scene. Tom the owner was beyond helpful. He met me at the store and took his time helping pick out a new vape pen/mod. He made sure everything worked and I understood how to properly use it before I left. I was so pleased with his professionalism that I bought several more items. He has great prices in his products and I love supporting local business. His employee Sam was also very nice and helpful. I will definitely be going back here in the future for new stuff. Instead of a normal conversation, the employee reacted in an aggressive and confrontational way. She told me to "leave her store" and repeatedly threatened to call 911, even though I remained calm and was simply asking for help. I asked to speak with the owners, as I've been a long-time customer, but she refused. This behavior is very concerning and not consistent with the level of service I've experienced here over the years. I also have video of the interaction.
