Love this place and the people! Always a good time, they sorted us out with whatever we needed, the nicest communication and were very easy to deal with, would recommend when in Nashville, on holiday and wouldn't go anywhere else. read more

Horrible place. Just to be specific I usually have a 2 peice fogger, battery and the pod so I only have to buy a new pod, I went In bought one for 5$ than they usually are didn't care because it was a Nashville on a Friday night lol, he have me the pod I wanted it didn't work I went back in he complained saying it was my problem but then gave me another one finally, well guess what this one didn't work either, me and my friend was explaining we just wanted a vape that worked didn't even care if it wasn't what we wanted anymore, he yells at my friend and tried to fight him, my friend left then he tells me I can have my money back or a vape only if my friend went in there and fought him? Extremely disrespectful extremely childish and horrible service. DO NOT GO HERE read more

Smoke King - This man is a scammer. - Vape Shops Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

this place is the fucking worst they over charged me and gave me no receipt, paid double what I should have

I went here on a whim. I was downtown and wanted some chips and a bag of edibles. I was not given a receipt, there were no prices anywhere. Yes, I made a mistake in not demanding a receipt or cost before. I've been to several shops and had a head idea of how much it should cost $50. However, when I checked credit card statements I was billed over $100. I tried to call the shop multiple times after. At first my call would go to ring, but eventually it went straight to voicemail. I went to the shop to talk to a manager. I ssked the store how much the edibles cost and he said $69. I explained I was here previously and was overcharged. I asked for a receipt and did not get one. The employee said he couldn't get me one and the prices change weekly. I asked how I could get a receipt. He said I'd have to come back later that night but that the prices change. The reason this store gets a 1 review is because of the lack of customer service or accountability. Changing prices every week and not displaying them is sketchy. Do not go here. read more

Scammers. On a trip to Nashville we stopped in here to purchase a sativa pre- roll. We had purchased these before from other stores for 1/4 that price. We did not see the price until our card was in the machine. Then we were told the price was $77, which is insane. We asked for a receipt and he said "I can't give you one but can email one". We chalked it up as a loss and left the store. When we got home from the trip we checked our bank transactions and lo and behold, as with others here there was a $113.24 charge instead of a $77 charge. So these people are clearly committing fraud with customers cards. We will be filling a police report as well as the fraud department at our bank. These people are not honest and don't deserve anyone's business. The owner is replying that people are posting fake reviews so here are some photos clearly showing the fraud they've committed. read more

THIEVES. Bought "$30" worth of stuff from them(already a ripoff) and was then told that they only accept debit cards and dont give receipts, that should have been a massive red flag but I'm stupid. They ended up taking over $200 out of my account. The police really need to get involved with this place. read more

Literal scammers. They don't show prices, and then gauge you and point to a "no refunds" sign. Avoid at literally all costs

Seems like a price-gouging trap for tourists or locals who aren't downtown much. Not sure if this was the shop we were attempting to find, based on an ad we'd seen, but this is the place we found. We had the same experience as others. I thought it was just us until I found these reviews when I was back downtown and trying to remember the name and location of the shop (to avoid.) We regret falling for the massive overcharge, but accept that's our own fault for not just walking away without making any purchase. One of the items purchased seemed like it was past expiration. The gummies were in the pouch with a very sticky gel-like substance never encountered with other gummies. Can confirm: - no prices were posted or on items for purchase - we were told cash payment is not accepted, only credit/charge cards (which we now understand is so there is a delay before what they actually charged to the card shows up in the purchaser's card activity - when we asked the prices for different items, it seemed like the guy assisting us was just making up whatever price he felt like in the moment. He did haggle a little / 'throw in' a pre-roll - we later were able to confirm that the prices given were as much as $100 higher for same / similar products at other shops - dog with 'do no pet' sign was present. Usually, we're happy to see dog-friendly establishments. But, this was weird and added to the vibe that something illicit was going on. read more

Straight up SCAMMERS. Purchased one vape for $35, checked my account the next day and they charged me $135! Then proceeded to send a FAKE RECEIPT to my cc company after I filed a dispute. read more

Charged me 70$ for 2 packs zyns and 3 waters, didn't show me the total nor was able to give me a receipt. Went in 2 days later for a receipt just to make sure they were scamming and they sent me a receipt without items (it was just the grand total). Not a big deal but this place is bogus and full of scam activity... avoid it! Much love read more

They are scammers and robbing people. Don't go here. Charging customers over $100 for $25 products.

They charged us 101 when our total should have been 20. Scammers. We didn't even notice until we were back at the airport.

I would give 0 stars if I could. After looking at the reviews, I'm flabbergasted! They are price gouging! The sign on the door say 3 vape $19.99. I assumed that was the price of the vapes they were selling, but that's not the case! They also have very old vapes for sell. As someone who has vaped here and there over the years, vapes come and go quickly because of rebranding/discontinued flavors. That's a sign of a BAD vape business if I see an old brand on the shelf. They don't care about their customers or products. The employees (young girl and older guy) are definitely in on the scam because they play loud music to distract customers from asking questions. read more

Smoke King - Outside advertising - Vape Shops Near Me - Nashville, Tennessee

We stopped by Smoke King on our way to Germantown. We bought 2 packs of Zyn and later saw that we were charged $45--4X what they cost everywhere else! The Zyn smelled musty, but I naively used two pouches anyway. Later that night, I had terrible bowel problems. The next morning, I compared the Smoke King pouches to my husband's Zyn of the same flavor. The size, color and quality of the pouches were very different and I'm 100% sure they sold us counterfeit products. For the love, AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! They're scammers and hazards to your health!!! read more

I asked them to cancel my order because they wanted to charge $110 for a geek bar vape thats worth $30 at most! when I refused to sign and asked them to cancel my order,l after the refused to tell me the price and swiped my card, the manager became confrontational and stated "you don't need to sign for the purchase" and selected "done" on the transaction that I was requesting to cancel. Please please please avoid this place. It will just be another closed shop and the people running the business will know exactly why. They will be reported to the BBB and shutdown within 6 months time read more

Wow!!! Reading these reviews and now I'm not just mad at myself, I'm pissed like others we were taken advantage of. I walked in on a whim for cigars, didn't like selection instead chose to try gummies. I failed to ask for the price, was told no cash, and 24hrs later seeing the charge of $238!!!!! Immediately started researching the brand, and they sell for $35-40. What is going on here? read more

After reading the reviews here I will commiserate with the others and wait for the Nashville Police, Better Business Bureau, Fraud dept with my CC, and whoever else I can file a claim with to respond. This company has quite the hustle going on. I went in to buy 1 preroll. My card quickly swiped and tried to be hurried out. I asked for a receipt and was told can't have one. I insisted and was told I could get a receipt via email. I requested to be shown the transaction and that's when I was shown a $77 chrg. Refused a refund, licked my wounds and left the store. Logged into online banking a day later to find not only was the outlandish 1 item not the $77 that I received a receipt for but I was charged $113. Which is actually $159 Canadian. I encourage everyone that was also misled to file as many violations against this company as you can. $300 for 3 vapes that shouldve cost $75. Called Amex to file fraud dispute and went back in to confront the store owners, and they had 5 people try to fight me. Will be filing a complaint with the city and will shut this scam shop down.
