They are excellent and patient folks and share their knowledge with you when applicable. I love that they have a rewards program, which is a nice feature to see in this day and age, as most companies do not offer this. but Smokey Shay's rewards their customers. This is one of the many reasons I keep shopping here, they offer great service, good prices and they have a wide variety and selection to appease any customer that walks through the door.

I've gone to this place for 2 years at least 1-2 per week for multiple things. I started going here…read morebecause my brother suggested this business and I meet them through my brother. I have never really gotten good service and have never been truly satisfied. However, one of the staff members sold me a pod instead of a disposable vape when I clearly asked for a disposable vape. When I returned to ask for an exchange because it didn't work, I was met with extreme rudeness. It's frustrating to be such a loyal customer and get no loyalty in return. The products suck and never works. I would truly rate this a zero if I could.

He also was extremely all around a great man who is really concerned about his customers. His inventory was sufficient enough to provide a picky guy like me with something that would satisfy me. (I was waiting for parts for my Favorite Vape) I definitely recommend anyone to go there, his prices are on par with most other shops as well. But He is more of the reason I really think that this business is as good as it is. IMHO Hard to find people like him anymore. His Shop is also a VAPORESSO Distributor That's really why I chose his shop. Hard to find a VAPORESSO distributor in W-S or NC at all. The 1st time my sister and I visited this store, we loved it. The Manager on duty was very helpful…read moreand friendly! However, we went in today, and were ignored by 3 people behind the counter. One of them was the Manager. They were in a convo, so didn't want to interrupt. Thought when we paused in one area for a bit, at least one of them would get the message. They did not, and I'm not going to beg anyone to take my money, so we left. I'm giving 3 stars because our 1st experience was positive, but we won't go back. They need to understand that they have plenty of competition.

This place is filled with your typical smoke shop selection of products: pipes, hookahs, papers, cigar room, and your typical CBD product selection. I came in for specifically a metal pipe. I was the only customer at the time and looking for something specific, but I would return to browse around some more. They offer discounts and rewards program if you sign up with your mobile phone.

Y'all better Be careful. Only have exact amount on card or you may be charged double and loose…read moremoney and or merchandise you paid for. We have literally been coming in there for cigarettes for a yr, 3xs a week or more, because Nobody in my area, in walking distance will take the coupons that the ciggarette brands send out and even though they won't either, the prices on ther Lucky's and 24/7 are reasonable for the area so we go there for those. yesterday we went there to get our cigs and was double charged, 2 payments instead of one. When we noticed we immediately went back inside to tell the guy. He called his boss and they said that on their end it was only charged once, and that they couldn't do anything while it showed pending on our end. Today we check and both payments completed, so we call and they say they have to call their bank and they'll call us back, already sounds fishy but okay.... Then they call back a few minutes later and say that they're going to go to their bank tomorrow to confirm the 2 payments and once they have confirmed that it was a double payment.. Humm sure... mind you this is a payment around $10 nothing compared to the thousands we've spent there in a year's time, being a regular customer... I was fine with him waiting till tomorrow to confirm that it came out on his end, that was NOT my problem. I understand that he is running a business and he has to make sure that no one is trying to scam him. But then he says that tomorrow he will issue a refund but because of the type of bank I have it's going to take well over two weeks to come bck to my card, so I asked him if instead of waiting 2 weeks to come back in there and buy two more packs of cigarettes if I can just wait till tomorrow when he's confirmed that the double payment did in fact come out and then just give us what we've already paid for and then he insists that "IT doesn't work like that" he has to issue a refund he cannot simply give us the merchandise that we were wrongly charged for and call it even as you know a good business person would do. He says that's not how he does business. When I asked why he couldn't say anything except "because." I've been a business owner I have ran my own businesses and I definitely would have been 100% okay once I made sure that the payment had came out double on my end to do whatever to make the customer happy and to have them coming back to my store but apparently happy customers are not how this person does business so I just though y'all should know he don't want happy repeat customers in his store. He would rather make things more difficult for himself and his customers by issuing a refund when he could just make it all go away toot Sweet, after confirmed double payment. So if you go there y'all better be careful! They've become a new SCAM, double charging payments. Can't trust anyone anymore. I can't trust this store to be honest anymore so I won't be back. The fact that he refused to just give us what we were charged for, and refused to provide a reason for why seems way too fishy to me. Definitely won't be back!
