I went in looking for new vape equipment and I feel like they showed their true colors as far the ethics behind this company are concerned. I bought a new vape very different from the ones I usually get. When I got home and tried to remove the top, which is where the coil is and you fill the solution in this model, I couldn't budge it. I had bought a box of replacement tops so I tried one of those....nothing. I did this with 3 tops before I finally went to my neighbor, a big man, that had to finally get his pocket knife out to accomplish this feat. I have bad arthritis in my right hand so I knew this wasn't the one for me. I brought it back and explained my situation asking if I could exchange it and pay more for another model. After a lot of back and forth he asked for my receipt, I told him when the clerk asked if I had wanted a receipt I told her to save the paper. I suggested looking at the computer under my phone number, he had an excuse for that. Finally the clerk that waited on me walked in and I asked if she remembered selling it to me the day before, she said yes. He said I still needed the receipt......this is the point that I knew I was dealing with a shady company! What would me not having a little piece of paper showing I had bought it make a difference when the person that sold it to me just acknowledged my purchase? Then all 3 employees there began pointing to the signs stating "All Purchases Are Final", I don't think me having my receipt would have even sufficed. Aren't there circumstances under which a good company should make exceptions? I never asked for a refund, all I wanted was to pay more and get a vape that I wouldn't have so much trouble with. I'm not sure if the owner of this small chain drills NO EXCHANGES and NO RETURNS in to his employees heads so much that they're petrified to break the rule or what but I viewed it as just ridiculous. I now consider this one of the most ethical businesses I've ever dealt with.

This place is filled with your typical smoke shop selection of products: pipes, hookahs, papers, cigar room, and your typical CBD product selection. I came in for specifically a metal pipe. I was hoping to find a cheaper price, but despite the lesser variety of metal pipes, I did find one suitable. I was the only customer at the time and looking for something specific, but I would return to browse around some more. They offer discounts and rewards program if you sign up with your mobile phone.

We have literally been coming in there for cigarettes for a yr, 3xs a week or more, because Nobody in my area, in walking distance will take the coupons that the ciggarette brands send out and even though they won't either, the prices on ther Lucky's and 24/7 are reasonable for the area so we go there for those. yesterday we went there to get our cigs and was double charged, 2 payments instead of one. When we noticed we immediately went back inside to tell the guy. He called his boss and they said that on their end it was only charged once, and that they couldn't do anything while it showed pending on our end. Today we check and both payments completed, so we call and they say they have to call their bank and they'll call us back, already sounds fishy but okay.... Then they call back a few minutes later and say that they're going to go to their bank tomorrow to confirm the 2 payments and once they have confirmed that it was a double payment.. Humm sure... mind you this is a payment around $10 nothing compared to the thousands we've spent there in a year's time, being a regular customer... I was fine with him waiting till tomorrow to confirm that it came out on his end, that was NOT my problem. I understand that he is running a business and he has to make sure that no one is trying to scam him. But then he says that tomorrow he will issue a refund but because of the type of bank I have it's going to take well over two weeks to come bck to my card, so I asked him if instead of waiting 2 weeks to come back in there and buy two more packs of cigarettes if I can just wait till tomorrow when he's confirmed that the double payment did in fact come out and then just give us what we've already paid for and then he insists that "IT doesn't work like that" he has to issue a refund he cannot simply give us the merchandise that we were wrongly charged for and call it even as you know a good business person would do. He says that's not how he does business. When I asked why he couldn't say anything except "because." I've been a business owner I have ran my own businesses and I definitely would have been 100% okay once I made sure that the payment had came out double on my end to do whatever to make the customer happy and to have them coming back to my store but apparently happy customers are not how this person does business so I just though y'all should know he don't want happy repeat customers in his store. He would rather make things more difficult for himself and his customers by issuing a refund when he could just make it all go away toot Sweet, after confirmed double payment. So if you go there y'all better be careful! They've become a new SCAM, double charging payments. Can't trust anyone anymore. I can't trust this store to be honest anymore so I won't be back. The fact that he refused to just give us what we were charged for, and refused to provide a reason for why seems way too fishy to me. Definitely won't be back!
